'Kisi Ne Bola Chilana Nahi Hai..' Disha Vakani Of 'Taarak Mehta Ka..' Shares Childbirth Experience

Disha Vakani rose to immense fame as 'Dayaben' or 'Daya Bhabhi' in the still superhit comedy sitcom, Taraak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma. Fans of her still miss her being part of the show, and reports about her comeback on the show often circulate online. However, it seems like a distant dream as Disha Vakani has chosen to concentrate all her mind, soul, and body on nurturing her family and kids.

Disha Vakani first time talked about her childbirth experience 

Disha Vakani has been living away from the media limelight ever since she left the show in 2017. After so many years, Disha talked about her pregnancy and childbirth experience for the first time. The actress, who made an appearance on a devotional channel revealed that she was informed that childbirth was extremely painful. 

Like every normal girl, she got scared of the immense pain. However, she was doing a parenting course, and during the same, someone mentioned that women should yell during labour as it could frighten the baby. Talking about it, Disha said:

"Pehli baar mata bani aur mai ne suna ki maa ban gaye hai par delivery ke waqt bahut dukh hota hai, bahut pain hota hai or mai bahut darr gayi thi. Par mai parenting ka course kar rahi thi, toh mujhe kisi ne bola ki aap maa hai par chilana nahi hai apko, ap chilayege toh ander bacha darr jayega." 

Disha further added that the Gayatri mantra helped her during her delivery. The former actress shared that she gave birth to her daughter, Stuti while smiling. She kept reciting the mantra in her mind, and her smooth labor. She was quoted as saying:

"Yahi mantra le liya, Gayatri mata ka mantar aur mai haste haste delivery ki, mere man mein satat Gayatri mantra samran ho raha tha, ankhe band or hasti rahi or meri beti, Stuti ko mai ne janam diya. Yeh chamatkar mai her maa jo pregnant hoti hai na unko kehti hoon. Yeh mantra ap bolte rahiye or apar shakti milti hai. Vo apko chamatkar dikhega or vo bahut yaad rahega. Toh Bharat varsh mein jo bhi bacche aate hai Sanatan se vo baccho ko Gayatri mata ka mantra toh aa hi jata hai automatically par ek vishwas se karege toh vo or aage badhege."

Disha Vakani's marital life

Disha Vakani tied the knot with the businessman, Mayur Padia on November 24, 2015. The couple had an arranged marriage. In the year 2017, the duo welcomed a daughter. After which, the actress had tookernity leave. Later, in 2022, Disha embraced motherhood with the arrival of her second child. The gorgeousness got blessed with a baby boy. In an interaction with The Times of India, Disha Vakani's brother, Mayur Vakani, confirmed the news. Mayur, who plays the role of 'Sunderlal' in the show, had said: 

"I am happy that I have become an uncle again. In 2017, Disha had her baby girl and now she has become a mother again, and I have become mama again. I am very happy."
