Dipika Kakar's Ex-Employee Shares Traumatic Experience Working With Her, 'Unhone Mujhe Bolne Nai..'

Dipika Kakar, who is back on television with the cooking reality show, Celebrity MasterChef, also runs a fashion label. Yes, in 2024, Dipika announced her dream project of launching her own design label. Now, her ex-employee took to her YouTube channel and, in detail, shared how she was treated by the actress during 10 working days, leaving everyone in shock.

Dipika Kakar's ex-employee revealed how rudely the actress talked to her and fired her from the job within 10 days

Dipika Kakar's ex-employee, Saniya, who is a fashion designer and a graduate of NIFT, shared the ordeal she went through while working with Dipika. Taking it to her YouTube channel, Saniya shared a 43:27-minute detailed video, wherein she shared how she came in contact with Dipika and was hired for the job of a designer. 

Saniya revealed she was working in Delhi with a startup when she signed up for a position of a designer for Dipika's label. After a detailed conversation with her, Saniya revealed she was on top of the world when she got to know that Dipika had chosen her to work with her. 

Saniya added that she decided to shift to Mumbai to work with Dipika, and she offered to take a room at her mother's place, which is in the same building where the actress lives. Saniya shared that initially, things were very sweet, and Dipika talked nicely with her. Her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, also talked to her and told her not to leave the work mid-way.

Saniya further shared that since Dipika had no team for her label, Saniya was the one assigned to find karigars and printers for the work. She shared that she was the one who would every day follow up with Dipika and the masterji, while the actress never paid much attention to her.

But after 10 days, when there was no one around, Dipika came to her and started yelling at her. She told her that she was just sitting at home and working on designs for the past ten days. Dipika even told her that she didn't take the job seriously and didn't gain her trust. It left Saniya in shock as she wasn't prepared for such a one-on-one discussion, wherein she was given all the blame. 

Recalling the traumatic moment, Saniya revealed that she found out from Dipika's mother that the actress would be getting a show, while she wasn't informed about it. After this, she dropped Dipika a text asking her to meet her once as she wanted to discuss something. In return, Dipika replied to her that she also wanted to discuss something. Recalling the traumatic experience, Saniya said:

"Vo pehli baar tha unhone mujhse aise baat ki, isse pehle vo bahut sweetly baat ki unhone sab kuch acha lag raha tha pusund aa raha tha. Fir unhone mujhe bola ki 'Saniya aap ghar par hi baithne wale ho kya, 10 din hogaye ap ghar se nikale hi nai. Ap sirf apna ipad pakad kar baithe ho or designing kar rahe ho. Or mai ne apko bulaya tha ki ap karigar dhundo, yaha team nahi hai. Or vo shuru hogaye bolna uske baad unhone mujhe bolne hi nahi diya. Mai shocked thi confused thi, mai darr gayi thi ki yeh ho kya raha hai. Unhone mujhe isse phele warning bhi nahi di, bas shuru hogaye."
