Dipika Kakar has been going through a tough phase in her life. It was a few days ago when she had a 14-hour-long surgery, which was to remove her tennis-ball-sized liver tumour, which had been cancerous. The actress has returned home and is preparing for the next steps to get better. When Dipika was admitted to the hospital, her nanad, Saba Ibrahim, delivered a baby boy, Haider. Now, in a vlog, Dipika expressed her sadness as she couldn't be there with Saba and also couldn't properly welcome the newest member of their family.

In a vlog, Dipika Kakar was seen adoring Haider during Ruhaan's birthday celebration. She shared that she was finally able to play with the little one, referring to the tough situation she has been navigating for the last few months. The former actress was joined by Saba Ibrahim, who shared that her bhabhi saw Haider before, but Ruhaan's birthday brought them all together, and it felt like a relaxing time as Dipika's surgery was done. Dipika then expressed her sadness for not being able to welcome Haider properly, as she was going through so much stress back then. Dipika can be quoted as saying:

"There was so much of stress back then. So many things happened, he was born and I couldn’t even welcome him properly."

Saba Ibrahim shares how she texted Dipika after giving birth to her son, when the actress was in the ICU

Saba Ibrahim mentioned that it was because of Dipika that she could handle everything very well. She also revealed that she texted the actress after delivering her baby. On that day, Dipika was in the ICU, and thus, she couldn't reply to Saba, and the latter kept waiting. She said:

"It was all because of you that I could handle everything so smoothly. I had no idea. Before you went to the ICU, I had texted you, but you had already slept and didn’t see the message. I kept waiting for your reply.”

Dipika Kakar and Saba Ibrahim share an adorable bond, and they support each other in all their ups and downs. In the vlog, Dipika further shared that she was eager to guide Saba throughout all this, but she couldn't do the same, while the latter appreciated her bhabhi for preparing her beforehand, which was why she was not stressed out when she started this new journey with her little one, Haider.

When Saba Ibrahim shut down trolls who attacked her for celebrating son's arrival amid Dipika's ill health

It was 7 days after her baby's arrival when Saba Ibrahim performed a ceremony for the little one, and for the same reason, she was trolled, since people thought that despite Dipika's ill health, Saba had celebrated her son's arrival in grandeur. Later, Saba took to her IG handle and slammed those who trolled them irrespective of the tough situation they had been going through. Saba revealed that a lot of people have supported them, while others picked up on little things to spread negativity. She said that performing that ceremony after 7 days of her son's birth was important, but they had kept it simple so that Dipika wouldn't get infected through the gathering. She further mentioned that both Shoaib and Dipika were present in the ceremony, and for them, it was more important than anything else.
