Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh opened up about the tension in his life and the challenges he has to face on a daily basis. Taking to his Instagram handle, the singer posted a clip from his Pune concert on November 26, 2024, and spoke about the importance of yoga in a person's life. In the video, Diljit spoke directly to the audience and shared that when one does yoga every day, then whatever one wishes to achieve in life, its speed doubles because yoga helps to align everything.

He further added that yoga was not just stretching or exercise but a journey that aligns a person. Diljit laughed, sharing that although he is not a monk, it is still a fact that if a person does yoga every day, they can achieve anything in life. Talking about his problems, Diljit said:
"Musibatey toh ayengi, tension bhi ayengi life mein. Mere ko jitni tension roz hoti hai main bata bhi nahi sakta aapko ki kya kya tension roz aati hai. Toh jitna bada kaam utni badi tension."
