Diljit Dosanjh On 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon': Gives A Tour, Says 'Goreyan De Gharan..'

Diljit Dosanjh, who hails from the village of Dosanjh Kalan in Jalandhar, Punjab, has worked hard to make a name for himself. Since the age of ten, his vision was clear — he wanted to be rich and famous. His interest in music and singing was seen from a young age as he would participate in cultural activities, play tabla, and sing Gurubani. After winning hearts in Punjabi, leaving every jaws dropped in Bollywood, Diljit is all set to take over Hollywood with his debut on the American show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The glamour world is dominated by people who instantly look down upon you if you are not well-versed in English, but Diljit has shut those down with his massive success. He proved that he does not need to learn the language just to be big; he can rule the hearts of people across the world with his songs. On June 17, 2024, he took to his Instagram handle and shared a glimpse of his vanity room, and oh boy, it was stunning.

The video starts with a glimpse of Diljit's vanity outside, with a board with his name and the show's logo in the middle. Later, we can see the huge vanity with Diljit sitting in the centre on a chair as he says, "Sat Sri Akaal Punjabi aa gaye hai." Along with the video, Diljit wrote:

"Goreya Da Gharan Ch Aj PANJABI Suni Jani An. (English people will listen to Punjabi today)."

Apart from Diljit Dosanjh, Priyanka Chopra has also made India proud by promoting her Hindi film, The Sky Is Pink, on the most-loved American talk show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. For those who don't know, Dev Patel, who was born and raised in London and had Gujarati-Indian parents, also appeared on the super hit show. Bollywood actress Frieda Pinto also appeared on the show to promote her film Immortal.

Diljit Dosanjh is leaving his mark across the world. In April 2024, he set a new record as he was the first artist to perform at Vancouver's BC Place stadium. He performed as part of the Dil-Luminati tour, which was sold out. The proud singer expressed his happiness to his fans. Earlier, his film, Chamkila on Netflix made records as it gained a lot of traction and fan love.
