Something similar is happening in the family of Bollywood's legendary actor, Dilip Kumar sahab after his younger brother, Aslam Khan has passed away this morning. The whole family is trying hard to recover themselves from this heartwrenching reality and are praying for the well-being of the elder brother, Ehsaan, who is also quite critical. On August 15, 2020, arguably the greatest Bollywood actor, Dilip Kumar's brothers, Ehsaan Khan and Aslam Khan were tested positive for COVID-19 pandemic. Soon after their reports had come positive, the two were admitted to Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. Both brothers were transferred on the artificial breathing immediately. While the elder brother, Ehsaan was showing signs of recovery, it was the younger one, Aslam, who passed away early in the morning on August 21, 2020. The heartbreaking news was confirmed by prominent news agency, ANI in their tweet and it can be read as "Aslam Khan, younger brother of veteran actor Dilip Kumar passed away early morning today. He had diabetes, hypertension and ischaemic heart disease and had tested positive for #COVID19." Take a look.

Earlier, the doctors at Lilavati hospital, who were examining and treating the two brothers had talked about their condition in their conversation with ETimes. They had stated, "They are critical because of their age and comorbidities. Their vital organs are beginning to become a cause of concern." Right now, all the doctors and the whole family is praying for the speedy recovery of the elder brother, Ehsaan, who is 90-year-old. In a conversation with ETimes, Dilip Kumar's doting wife, Saira Bano talked about the doctors that are treating her elder brother-in-law and how their whole family is praying for him. She said, "He is under treatment of Jalil Parker and Cardiologist Nitin Gokhale. Pray that he should recover well by the Grace of God...AAMEEN." Talking about the health of Dilip sahab, earlier this year, there were reports that the actor is suffering from severe backache. And his wife and veteran actress, Saira Banu had taken to her husband's Twitter handle and had shared an audio message giving an important update about his heath to all his fans. In the audio message, Saira Banu could be heard saying, "I'm so happy to tell all of you that Dilip sahab is a lot better. He had severe backache, and we had to go and check it out at Lilavati hospital. We checked it out and came back home. Everything is fine now with God's grace and your best wishes.
