The drama surrounding the controversial reality TV show, Bigg Boss 18 continues to spill over, even after its wrapping up on January 19, 2025. The show ended with Karan Veer Mehra bagging the winner’s title, leaving Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal as first and second runner-ups, respectively. Amid the ongoing feud among former co-contestants, the show’s wildcard contestant, Digvijay Rathee has broken his silence on his fallout with Rajat Dalal, also addressing the reason for his absence from Vivan’s success party after the show.
Digvijay Rathee was seen sharing a good bond with his co-contestant, Rajat Dalal in the initial days of his wildcard entry in the Bigg Boss 18 house. However, over time, fans noticed a fallout among the two as the competition heated up. Now, in a recent pap interaction, the actor responded to the allegations from Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and Rajat’s close friend, Elvish Yadav, who blamed Digvijay for the fallout. Digvijay responded to these allegations by saying:
"Woh (Elvish Yadav) toh bolega hi. Uski galti kyu dikhayega woh. Logon ne dekha na kaun peeche kya baatein kar raha tha aur kisne nikala hai, kisne gaddari ki hai. Pata hai sabko.”
Despite the tensions, Digvijay emphasised that he holds no grudges against anyone, as he already knew who was against him or wanted him out of the game. He explained it all to be a game, pointing out that he himself never tried to get Rajat out or even nominated him for that matter. Digvijay told the shutterbugs:
"Mujhe pata lag gaya tha pehle toh theek hai. Game chal raha hai, game khel rahe hain toh koi chakkar nahi hai. Maine kabhi nominate nahi kiya ya ghar se usey nikaalne ki koshish ki kyunki sabke sapna hota hai itne bade ghar mein aaye hain.”
A few days ago, Vivian Dsena’s wife, Nouran Aly arranged a grand success bash for her husband. Even though he could not win the trophy, he was the first runner-up, and many of his supporters even started calling him a ‘legend’ for his brilliant gameplay throughout the show. Digvijay revealed that he was certainly invited to the party but he skipped it as he was not feeling well. He was heard saying:
"Haan mujhe bulaya tha, lekin fir mujhe samajh mein nahi aaya ki kyu bulaya tha, kya sochke bulaya tha... Thoda busy bhi tha, thodi tabiyat bhi kharab thi, isliye nahi gaya.”
