'Dhurandhar' Trailer: Ranveer Singh Roars In His Most Violent Role, Fans Say 'BLOCKBUSTER Loading'

The wait is officially over, and the internet is torn - who do you even look at first when everyone’s on fire? Two years after Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, Ranveer Singh is returning to the silver screen, and this time, he is unrecognisable. Yes! The much-awaited gagster action drama, Dhurandhar, has finally dropped, and fans are already calling it a “GOAT comeback”! 

Ranveer Singh returns in his fiercest avatar yet

After a stagnant career in the past few years, Ranveer Singh has returned to his career’s most violent avatar. The Dhurandhar trailer shows the star in a long-hair, full-beard, blood-soaked avatar, as he unleashes punches and fires rounds as he tears through enemies with the kind of rage he describes as:

“I am the Wrath of God!”

The trailer for Dhurandhar officially dropped on YouTube on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, after a delay. The opening itself sets the stage for the violence, as we see a spine-tingling introduction of Arjun Rampal as ‘Major Iqbal’, the ISI’s notorious “Angel of Death”. A sadistic antagonist, ‘Iqbal’ chillingly recalls the post-war gloom in Pakistan after the 1971 war, which shaped him. He recalls former Pak president Zia-ul-Haq’s words, “Bleed India with a thousand cuts”, that stayed with him.

After explosive, equally heartrending glimpses of the ensemble cast, including R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun, Ranveer Singh appears in powerful glimpses, alongside Akshaye’s already-viral blood-soaked first look. With his long hair and bushy beard, Singh appears last, and his dialogue, “Agar tum logo ke patakhe khatam ho gaye ho toh main, Dhamaka suru karu?” has already sent the internet into a frenzy.

Dhurandhar trailer is not for the faint-hearted, and fans are loving every bit of it!

Dhurandhar’s four-minute trailer packs a punch, together with the gore, gunfire, and high-octane action. If the trailer is any indication, viewers are in for a wild ride. The internet has already been flooded with fan reactions, and they are insanely positive! Within minutes of the release, the phrase “Wrath of God” has taken over social media. One user commented on YouTube:

“This is how you make a trailer, a 4 minute trailer without revealing any detail about the main story and then making you jump off your chair. . . peak editing. Waiting for this movie.”

Netizens are going gaga over how well each major character has been cleverly highlighted. A Ranveer Kapoor fan wrote, “Ranveer enough with the break. Do movies regularly.
