India has been coloured in shades of Dhurandhar ever since the film was released in December 2025. Not only did fans fall in love with the script and the acting, but the musical numbers also took over the internet. Amidst that, reports are rife that the song has reached all the way to the Winter Olympics 2026 being held in Italy.
Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna's much-loved Dhurandhar has allegedly become a hit at the Winter Olympics 2026. According to several reports, one of the film's tracks became the centre of attention at the global stage when Russian-Georgian figure skater, Anastasiia Gubanova turned her performance into Bollywood-core. The sportswoman channelled her inner diva and performed to the desi beats on the icy arena, catching everyone by surprise, turning the moment into an internet favourite in no time.

Anastasiia's clip started circulating online not just for her impeccable performance but also for her choice of track. The clips show the figure skater gliding across the rink to the viral title track of Dhurandhar. She performed on the Dhurandhar title track, Jogi, originally titled Na De Dil Pardesi Nu. She began her routine with San Sanana, another hit Bollywood song from the film, Asoka, before transitioning to the track from Aditya Dhar’s film. Gliding across the ice with ease, she matches her moves to the rhythm of Hindi songs.

Anastasiia Gubanova executed a series of spins and intricate footwork, staying in sync with the rhythm of the Hindi tracks. However, what left everyone stunned was when she slipped into a Punjabi folk step midway through the routine, drawing loud cheers from the audience. The figure skater was also seen sporting a red bindi, complementing her dazzling red-and-gold, form-fitting costume.

Soon after the video surfaced online, social media users quickly cheered the moment. A user penned, "India didn't send anyone for figure skating to #Olympics in Italy, but Russian Anastasia Gubanova (representing Georgia) volunteered to be the ambassador for Hindu culture and Indian music." Another user wrote, "Just saw Anastasia Gubanova ice skating at the Milan Olympics- with Bindi and Indian music- full Hindu vibes. Cheering for her." A user in a long note penned:

The film stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Rakesh Bedi, among others. The film is set in Lyari town of Karachi and revolves around covert intelligence operations against the backdrop of geopolitical and terror events like the Kandahar plane hijack, the 2001 Parliament Attack and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
