Dharmendra Is On Ventilator, Health Update From Breach Candy Hospital Of 89-Year-Old Veteran Actor

Bollywood's veteran actor, Dharmendra, will soon turn 90 years old, but he has been dealing with age-related issues, as per reports. A latest update from Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital revealed that the veteran actor is on a ventilator. Earlier, sources close to him clarified that Dharmendra was doing well and had been admitted to the hospital for routine medical check-ups. 

Dharmendra is on a ventilator

On November 10, 2025, a new report from Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai stated that the 89-year-old veteran actor, Dharmendra, is on a ventilator. It seems like his condition is serious, and his millions of fans are praying for his good health. The report stated that his family members are reportedly visiting the hospital more frequently since morning. However, neither the family nor the hospital has released any statement. Dharmendra's health is being closely monitored, and he responding to the treatment.

Earlier, on November 1, 2025, Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital. A source close to him called it a normal routine check-up, which is why he was admitted. The source shared:

"Yes, Dharmendra is currently at Breach Candy Hospital, but there is absolutely no cause for concern. The actor is in good health and visits the hospital often for routine medical tests, which is the reason for his current stay. It seems that someone spotted him there, which has led to a frenzy among his fans, but there is nothing to be worries about as he is absolutely fine."

The inside also claimed that it was Dharmendra's decision to stay at the hospital till his tests were completed rather than travel back to his farmhouse, as it was quite tiring for him at this age. His sons are also busy with their shoots and keeping a check on their father's health. The source added: 

"Dharmendra undergoes multiple routine tests that usually take around two to three days to complete. Given that he is 89, daily travel can be tiring at this age. Hence, he himself chose to stay at the hospital and finish all the tests at once instead of commuting back and forth each day. His sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, who are currently occupied with their respective film shoots, are keeping a close eye on their father’s health and staying updated on the medical tests and the results."

In the past few months, Dharmendra's family has been worried about his emotional state of mind, which often reflects in his social media posts, and they believed that he had been living alone in the farmhouse. However, Bobby Deol confirmed that his father is not alone, but is with his first wife. They both are enjoying their time together in the Khandala farmhouse. He was quoted as saying:

"My mum is also there. They’re both at the farm in Khandala right now. Papa and Mummy are together; he just gets a little dramatic. They love being at the farmhouse. They’re also old now, and being at the farmhouse is relaxing for them. The weather is nice, the food is nice. Papa has made a paradise out there."
