D'Andre Swift's 2025 NFL season has been nothing less than a rollercoaster ride, as we have witnessed moments of both flashes and frustration. The star running back has produced solid efficiency with over 640 rushing yards and 4 TDs, highlighted by a breakout 108-yard and one-TD performance against the Washington Commanders. In 2014, D'Andre Swift joined St. Josep's Prep, and in the next three seasons (2014-2016), he finished with 4,000-plus purpose yards and helped his school win multiple Pennsylvania state championships. In January 2017, Swift enrolled at the University of Georgia, and by 2018, he had earned a starting role on the team after registering his first 1,000-yard rushing season (1,049 yards).

In the following year, D'Andre Swift suffered some injuries but still managed to register 1,218 yards and cemented his position as the SEC's top dual-threat back. After the season, he was declared eligible for the NFL Draft on December 20, 2019. Amidst widespread interest from different clubs, it was the Detroit Lions who selected him with the 35th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft on April 24, 2020. Talking about his rookie year in the NFL, D'Andre Swift marked 878 total yards and 10 TDs. In the following seasons (2021 and 2022), he continued showcasing his elite skills as a running back.

A big moment came in D'Andre Swift's NFL career on April 29, 2023, when he was traded from the Detroit Lions to the Philadelphia Eagles. He had a breakout year with the Eagles, recording 1,200 scrimmage yards and earning his first Pro Bowl selection in January 2024. In March 2025, Swift bid farewell to the Eagles and joined the Chicago Bears, continuing his journey as one of the most reliable running backs in the NFL.
