Well, in an interview with W Magazine, Storrie said that they are nothing more than just best friends. Speaking about the same, he said that they both quit their jobs within one day and just flew down internationally, bagged the roles. Connor said that this has been the highlight of his life, and having Hudson by his side made it ten times sweeter. He said:

"Hudson is my best friend, and I literally can’t fathom doing this without him. We were both in similar places in life before this. We quit our jobs within a day of each other. We booked this and flew out the same day. Now it’s turning into two people who are being seen internationally for the first time. This has been the highlight of my life, and meeting Hudson makes that 10 times sweeter.”

In an interview with Vulture, Cornnor was asked about the on-screen spicy scenes. To this, he shared that he doesn't really feel weird in that way. He said that Hudson is his best friend, and it's the first time that people are watching them, whereas they are already known to each other, so it's not that weird to them. Cornnor said that it's general for people to project the on-screen things into the real life of both of them.

Cornnor added that he's honoured to get the love from people, and he feels blessed to have essayed such a role that makes people feel seen, which is beyond anything, even his private life. Hudson, as well, shared the same insight and added that he or Connor wouldn't be able to stop people's assumptions, and they would have to let that go. However, for him, he shows the admiration he has for Connor, physically, and he will never stop himself from doing the same. He could be quoted as saying:

"I want queer people telling queer stories, but also, there’s the element of Connor and I—we’re best friends, and we love expressing that physically. You see people who infer or assume, and you kind of have to let that go. But then again, I never wanna stop expressing the love I have for Connor physically, and I’m never really going to, and I think multiple things can be true at once.”
