South Indian megastar, Chiranjeevi's daughter, Sreeja Konidela had eloped with a software engineer, Sirish Bharadwaj, in 2007 and had got married to him. She had grabbed the headlines for this reason, but after a few years of her marital life, in 2011, she had separated her ways from Sirish. She had stated that her in-laws had asked for dowry.
A few years later, Sreeja had met Kalyan Dhev. He is an actor and son of a famous businessman, Captain Kishan. Kalyan's family owns a vast jewellery business. Everyone in Tollywood was present in their lavish wedding ceremony. Sreeja and Kalyan had tied the knot on March 28, 2016, at a five-star hotel in Bengaluru. The wedding was preceded by equally gala haldi, mehendi and sangeet occasions which were attended by big Tollywood names, from Allu Arjun to Ram Charan.

Now, the rumours are rife that Sreeja and Kalyan are heading for a divorce after 5 years of togetherness. The speculations ignited since Sreeja dropped her husband's surname 'Dhev' from her social media handles and changed back to 'Konidela'. Fans started assuming that Chiranjeevi's daughter is heading for a separation.

Sreeja and Kalyan's separation news started to speculate when Kalyan's last film, Super Machi, was released on Sankranthi, and the megastar's family had neither promoted son-in-law's film nor had graced any events. Sreeja Konidela is a mother to two daughters, Nivrathi, from her first marriage to Sirish and Navishka with Kalyan.

However, there has been no official statement issued from any side of the family, which means it's not confirmed yet, but the fans can't stop wondering what went wrong in between them. As soon as her Instagram handle name changed, fans started to compare with Samantha Ruth Prabhu as she had also removed 'Akkineni' from her name.
Even though it's just a rumour, and there's no official statement yet, we hope the couple rekindle their feud among themselves and prove these speculations wrong!
