Chhavi is a boss lady, who is busy juggling work, home, husband and kids and in the midst of it all, she makes sure to take some time out to be 'just' with them. On January 9, 2020, Chhavi took an off from her work to spend time with her husband and kids. The actress shared pictures of the same on her Instagram handle. Alongside it, she wrote, "Today was one of those few days when I decided to be defiant. I didn't do what I do everyday. I decided to break free from the monotony. The gym, the workout, the diet, office, the deadlines.. everything. Instead, I ate bun maska chai for breakfast, I ate a hot chocolate fudge, I had oodles of tea, cookies, and I didn't take any work calls, or study any data, statistics, or make PPTs, reply to emails, or any of the things that are part of my daily routine." Take a look at her pictures below:

Chhavi's post can be further read as "But one thing that a mother cannot take a break from is her babies. Tell me how many of you mothers just want to, for one day, snooze in, not cook, clean or go to work? Or just for a day chill at the pool side doing absolutely nothing? Or just want to vegetate in front of the idiot box and watch a mindless horror flick? Well, I almost NEVER do any of these things. But today is not that day. Today, I miss this mindless day in #Delhi. Today, I just wanna hug my kids. Today will bring a more constructive tomorrow. Because tomorrow, I will create something new all recharged. What's your way to defy?" (Also Read: Kangana Ranaut's Brother Aksht And His Fiancee, Ritu All Set To Tie The Knot On This Date)

A few days ago, Chhavi had shared on her Instagram that she had made a conscious decision of keeping her daughter away from internet, smartphones and usage of iPads. She had shared the reason for the same in her long post, "I have made a conscious, and a very hard effort to stop @areezahussein from watch phones or iPads or TV. She's now allowed an hour of viewing every Sunday of her favourite cartoon. (She's 7) This required me to spend extra time with her to help keep her busy. It meant I didn't watch any TV in her presence, I must've watched 4 films in the hall in the last 7 years. I involved her in every activity I did (cooking, cleaning, meetings, gymming etc) so I wouldn't feel the need to put the idiot box on for her."

Chhavi's husband, Mohit is also a hands-on daddy, who happily supports his wife. In an interview with the International Business Times, Mohit had talked about embracing fatherhood for the second time and had shared how they were planning for a baby and adding a new member to the Hussein family. He had said, "We had been planning a baby for a while now. And we waiting for the right time to let it happen. Our first daughter is now six and a half years old. We felt its right time for her to have a sibling. And it was time for us to add a new member to our family. It was very much exciting when my wife confirmed that it is happening. In a way nervous too as we knew about the new responsibilities too." (Don't Miss: Ishaan Khatter Reveals His Rumoured Girlfriend, Janhvi Kapoor's One Request That He Had Fulfilled)
