She lost her 16-year-old son, Taran Jain, in a road accident, and since then, the family has been devastated. She enjoys massive followers on YouTube and Instagram. The post revealed that during this difficult time, Rajani is unable to use her phone, and her Instagram is being managed by her team. It further shared that the family wanted to share the news of their profound loss with the followers who are like extended family. The post can be read as:

We deeply appreciate your support and wanted to share this profound loss with you. For Rajini you are more than just followers, you are a family. We kindly ask for your prayers for her son's soul and family during this time."

The family has not shared the details about Taran's demise. However, reports claim that the 16-year-old was returning from his tution class when he met with an accident and lost his life. The heart-wrenching incident has left everyone in shock. Amidst it, follower sof Rajani found her comment on Taran's pinned IG post after his demise, and it will break hearts of many as it depicts the emotions of a mother. She wrote:
