Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen’s ugly divorce and spat became a matter of public’s dirty laundry, after the ex-couple went open about their allegations against one another. Finally, it all ended after the duo was granted divorce on June 8, 2023. Ever since, Charu and Rajeev have been maintaining a cordial equation with one another, for the sake of their daughter, Ziana. Recently, the actress flew down to Dubai with her little one to make her meet her father. However, it seems a significant section of critics remain unimpressed with Charu’s decision.
Charu Asopa has dropped several glimpses from her recent visit to Dubai with her daughter, Ziana, as the two jetted off to meet the latter’s father and the actress’ ex-husband, Rajeev Sen. However, she became a victim of incessant trolling, as netizens found fault in her paying a visit to her ex-husband, thereby pointing fingers at her amicable bonding with Rajeev. But, to set the record straight, Charu recently took to her vlog and silenced all the chatter with her befitting response. Taking a dig at the comments in her latest vlog, she said:
“Aap log kya bolte ho. Divorce ka inn logo ne mazak banake rakha hai ?”

Moving on with her explanation, Charu asked the netizens if it isn’t correct for her to let her daughter, Ziana spend equal time with her father and his family. In addition, the actress also clarified that all she was doing was fulfilling the family duties for the sake of her daughter, and emphasised that she has no greedy ulterior motives behind it. Most importantly, Charu highlighted that she wants Ziana to have a beautiful relationship with everyone in the family, and that she should get all the love from her father, Rajeev Sen’s family.
Towards the conclusion of her revelation, Charu Asopa requested all her critics and nay-sayers to be logical before commenting anything about her life. Moreover, she took a dig at the supposed rumours about her, and mocked how the netizens believe that they know everything about her life, even if she hasn’t shared it at all. In her words:
“Read your comments, guys. You can write whatever, but read what you all are writing. At least be logical; baaki toh aap log antaryami ho. You guys know everything about me, including my thought process and the reasons behind the things I do. Keep commenting; I will do only what is right for my daughter. But still, I love you guys.”

Previously, during a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Charu Asopa talked at length, about the kind of equation she shares with her ex-husband, Rajeev Sen and his family. The diva emphasised that she wishes to keep things simple for her daughter above all, and makes it sure that Ziana gets to meet her father whenever she wants. Charu mentioned:
“I am going to keep it very simple for Ziana, because I don’t want to complicate things for her. Kal ko vo aur badi hogi toh mai chaahti hu vo sabke saath comfortable feel kare. Usko kabhi aisa feel nahi hona chahiye ki ‘vo yahan nahi jaasakti, vahan nahi jaasakti, ya isse usse nahi milsakti’. She should feel comfortable, which is why I have to cordial with Rajeev obviously.”
