Charli XCX and George Daniel have officially tied the knot not once, but twice, giving an opportunity to fans to swoon over their love story once again. The Brat hitmaker, 23 and The 1975 drummer, 35, have tied the knot for the second time on September 14, 2025, in Sicily, Italy. The romantic ceremony comes just two months after their low-key wedding in London on July 19, 2025.

Charli and George Daniel connected over music

Despite their special choice of venue, Charli and George's love story began in March 2021 when the duo first collaborated on the song, Spinning with No Rome. Initially, they were simple work colleagues, but soon they developed a friendship. There was undeniable chemistry between them, and they went on growing their professional partnership. George even contributed to Charli's 2022 album, Crash. Gradually, the late-night sessions and songwriting exchanges turned into something more, and fans often spotted them together.

In early 2022, their friendship had naturally evolved into a romance. Soon, Charli dropped hints of their closeness on Instagram with cosy vacation photos and subtle posts. Later, she made things official in May 2022 by posting candid snaps with George on social media, confirming to fans that the rumours were true. Since then, the couple became inseparable, and their romance intrigued fans, especially when their Italy vacation photos went viral. In the pictures, the couple was seen exploring beaches, dining outdoors, and simply enjoying each other's company, showing a new side of Charli.

George Daniel popped the question with a diamond ring to Charlie 

Charli and George Daniel's relationship hit a new milestone in November 2023, when Charli revealed their engagement with an adorable Instagram post showing off her diamond ring. Within ten months, the couple made it official with a private wedding in London in July 2025. They were joined by nearly 20 loved ones, including Charli's parents and George's bandmates, at Hackney Town Hall. Charli stunned in an off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown paired with black sunglasses, while George kept it sleek in a dark suit.

On September 14, 2025, they hosted a second wedding in Sicily, giving their fans and friends another reason to celebrate their romance.
