Chahatt Khanna fell in love with a businessman, Bharat Narsinghani, when she was really young. The couple dated for a total of six years, and after the same, they tied the knot. The couple tied the knot in 2013, and they welcomed two daughters, Zohar and Amaira. Chahatt also converted to Islam after her marriage, but later, she moved back to Sanatani Dharma. Well, things again turned upside down in Chahatt's personal life. It was in 2018 when Chahatt filed for divorce from Farhan Mirza. She has cited sexual and mental harassment for her divorce from Farhan. As per ETimes, she also accused her ex-husband of recording obscene clips and also heaved rape charges against him. She claimed that Farhan made her believe his financial state and that he was rich, but later, she found out that he was a drug addict and had no work to do.

In a most recent interview, Chahatt shared that after her marriage, she converted to Islam and found a lot of answers, but she doesn't have any regret for it. The actress also mentioned that she is not religious but spiritual. Chahatt stated that no one forced her to convert, but she was asked to stop worshipping her God. When she was asked if she was brainwashed into converting to Islam, Chahatt said that it might have been this case, since she was vulnerable, and was influenced into it. Chahatt said:

"I don't know what that was but haa keh sakte hai. That's why I say thankfully I'm back home. I was told not to worship my God and probably that was not the correct way. Now I know what's wrong and right."
