May 25, 2022, was a gala event in the glamour world as the dynamite director, Karan Johar had turned 50. His 50th birthday bash saw many big names from the glamour come under one roof. Celebs like Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Juhi Chawla, Raveena Tandon, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and many others marked their presence at the event.

Karan Johar's birthday party, which somehow looked like an award show had featured an array of celebs, dressed in their best attires. Some were lauded for their high-end fashion, some got brutally trolled for their choice of clothes and some were bashed for copying international celebs. Although a section of social media lauded her beauty, others were disappointed with her usual open hair and red lipstick look. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's daughter, Shweta Bachchan Nanda also faced the backlash of netizens for overdressing. Shweta was seen in a red attire with heavy jewellery and a pair of sneakers. Calling her fashion, a disaster, netizens compared her look with 'Raadhe maa'.

For the party, Karan had opted for a shimmery green jacket with a crisp white shirt, black bow, matching black pants and shoes, and a pair of stunning shades.
