The wedding world keeps on evolving, trends change every wedding season. Something which is in vogue now will be out of fashion the next year. The modern brides are not just limiting their choices to a classic red lehenga. In fact, they are ready to experiment with all the colours in the colour palette. And not just colours, but also styles and designs. 

In the last decades, we have spotted brides donning pastels, whites, florals and whatnot. They even tried the 3-D lehengas. However, the bride of the week left us stunned by donning a unique peacock-designed lehenga with a scalloped hem from the famous designer duo, Rimple and Harpreet Narula. The bride donned a peacock lehenga from Rimple and Harpreet Narula

On the wedding day, the bride, Nimrita Kang, who tied the knot with Varinder Johal, looked stunning as ever in a gorgeous golden gown with scalloped detailing in the hem. The bride's lehenga, which is from the designer duo, Rimple and Harpreet, has a unique peacock detailing in the design of the lehenga. She teamed it with embellished choli with beaded sleeves.

She accentuated her look with a sheer dupatta and a scalloped veil, which was pinned over her bun. Her veil also had a pretty peacock embroidery. The bride's ensemble also had a hint of coral in the choli.

The bride accentuated her look with coral-coloured chooda

The bride added sweetness to her look with unique coral-coloured chooda. She accessorised her look with heavy rani haar with green drops, a pair of oversized jhumkis, a nath and a maang teeka. Her makeup was kept subtle with a hint of nude-toned lipstick and layers of highlighter. 

The groom's beige-coloured sherwani

The groom complemented his bride in a beige-coloured sherwani from the designer duo, Rimple and Harpreet. His sherwani had golden floral embroidery with customised R&H buttons. He styled his look with a golden-coloured doshala, a matching turban, and an emerald haar.
