Bride Paid Rs. 2 Lakhs For Bridal Makeup, Calls Out MUA For Ruining Her Day With Tantrums

For a bride, her wedding day is the most important as it is the start of the biggest journey. Also, girls romanticise getting married a zillion times since they first saw someone as a bride. From lehenga colour to makeup, they have dreamt of every detail, but nothing hurts more than your wedding day getting ruined by the makeup artist you chose based on their work. Recently, a bride had the worst experience when her bridal makeup artist put her through unjust demands and tantrums.

The bride revealed how her Rs. 2 lakh bridal makeup for sagan went to waste due to the makeup artist 

Recently, a bride shared her bridal makeup gone wrong, courtesy of the makeup artist she chose. She made two part Reels on the same. In the first one, she revealed that she hired a makeup artist for Rs. 2.2 lakh for her sagan and wedding day makeup. She stated that she had seen her work on Instagram and booked her. 

However, to her surprise, the moment she booked the makeup artist, she gave her a list of demands. She asked her to arrange two tables, high chairs, two lights, mirrors and whatnot, and how they won't be keeping their stuff on the bed. The bride revealed when the makeup artist arrived to get her ready for the sagan, she threw a lot of tantrums on chairs being too low, and all that.

But the bride's day got ruined when for a perfect shot, the makeup artist did her airbrush makeup which ruined her look further as she got cakey face. Further, the bride revealed that the makeup artist didn't knew how to click pictures and ruined her every look. So, she told the makeup artist to not post her picture on their Instagram handle. But the makeup artist adamantly told her that it was her right, bride countered her by saying, that she cannot post her pictures without her consent.

In another part, the bride revealed that she called the same makeup artist on her wedding day as she had done the advance payment. But it was traumatising for her, as she kept making unjust demands of low table and chairs being high. The bride stated that she had helpers, who took care of the same. 

However, things became hard to handle when the bride left for the venue and the makeup artist flooded her with messages stating to not post her pictures on her Instagram handle. Bride called it the revenge, and stated:

"Makeup artist texted me saying, meri shakal ya mere hair artist ki shakal ek bhi post mein nahi dikhni chahiye, apne godh mein mana kiya tha, now, I am saying no, I requested her ki please aaj ke din nahi it's my wedding day. So, she said, 'I had to.' Apne makeup artist ko advance dene se pehle please have a meeting."

As soon as the post went viral, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "Sad reality! Still people go after big names and Fake Edited work." Another commented, "2.2 lakhs for makeup? That’s insane!! Even if she did multiple looks, spending so much on a makeup artist is senseless i feel. This only encourages them to ask got such hefty prices. Anyone trained well, polite and humble would be much better to have around on your wedding day than these privileged so called artists."
