Something similar happened when Brad's Los Angeles home was broken into in June 2025, making headlines not just in the United States but the entire world. 

Police arrest suspects in Brad Pitt's LA home burglary

The police have taken two individuals into custody following a burglary at actor, Brad Pitt's residence in Los Angeles. According to a report by PEOPLE, the arrest comes two months after the incident. There has always been a concern around celebrities and A-Listers' security, the incident was another reminder of how vulnerable the stars and their supposed safe places can be. The burglary occurred nearly two months ago, on June 25, 2025, when the suspects allegedly gained entry through a front window and stole items from the property.

Fortunately, Brad was not present at his home during the break-in. After weeks of relentless probing, the LAPD was finally able to make two arrests. The suspects are being identified as 18-year-old, Jaquory Arman Watson and Damari Zair Charles. Both were arrested on August 11, 2025, and will face charges of first-degree burglary. Authorities also suspect that the teenagers were involved in a break-in that took place in Orange County, California, days before their arrest on August 7 in Orange. The pair are currently held without bail, and if convicted, could face a prison sentence of up to six years.

When did the burglary take place?

According to a report by the Los Angeles Police Department, the burglary occurred around 10:30 pm local time on June 25, 2025. The suspects reportedly forced entry by breaking through a front window, after which they 'ransacked the location' and fled with various stolen items. While the value of the items or the number of items that were stolen was not revealed, the officials have reported that the thieves thoroughly searched the home.

Further reports have revealed that the investigators are looking into Jaquory Arman Watson and Damari Zair Charles' records and think that they may be a part of a larger group responsible for a series of home burglaries across Southern California. LAPD continue to probe the matter with a fine-tooth comb for a third suspect linked to the burglary at Brad Pitt's property, who remains unidentified. The incident has once again created concern around the growing high-profile burglaries targeting celebrities in the Los Angeles area this year.
