Especially, since Matthew faced a lot of backlash for allegedly cheating on Billie. They were linked up in April 2021, and by early 2022, reports were doing the rounds that Billie and Matthew had broken up after the latter had cheated on her. After massive backlash, Matthew confirmed that he had been in a relationship with the singer but no one had cheated and called out the rumours as lies.
