Bigg Boss is one of the most popular Hindi TV shows that has a huge fanbase. But likely, the show hosted by Bollywood star, Salman Khan might go off air. Based on an unconfirmed report, the makers of the show have backed out to produce Bigg Boss Season 19.
There has been an ongoing buzz circulating around the internet that Banijay Asia, aka Endemol Shine India, the makers of Bigg Boss, have backed out from making the upcoming season of BB19 and ended the partnership with Colors TV. As per an unverified source, as the Bigg Boss Season 18 didn’t go well, Endemol Shine India had to fire many of their employees. Endemol Shine India has also strictly made remarks that biased judgements were made for selective contestants in the last season of Bigg Boss, which goes against their community, so they decided to opt out of the project.
The news of the show, Bigg Boss might come to an end is very shocking to every Bigg Boss fan. There was no official statement from Banijay Asia, the makers of Bigg Boss, but there were speculations that Endemol Shine has the right to run and produce the TV show, Bigg Boss. So, if they exit the show, Bigg Boss might move to some other channel. As per reports of Bollywood Life, the show might move back to Sony TV, where the first season of the show was aired.
The first season of the reality show, Bigg Boss was telecasted in 2006. It was aired on Sony Entertainment Television. There were 86 episodes in the first season, starting from 3rd November 2006 to 26th January 2007. Arshad Warsi hosted the first season. From the second season of Bigg Boss, it was aired on Colors TV. Bigg Boss had Salman Khan as the host who successfully hosted fifteen seasons of the reality TV show since season 4 of the show. The show also has an OTT version that has completed three successful seasons.

Just like Bigg Boss, there are speculations about the show, Khatron Ke Khiladi going off-air as well. However, according to insiders, Colors TV had planned to go ahead with both shows and has already started searching for a new production house. It might face a delay, but both the shows might experience fresh changes with the entry of the new production. There are also high chances that Bigg Boss Season 19 might face a delay as well which usually kicks off in September or October.
