Bigg Boss 19 has almost reached its end, with the finalists already being decided. With just three days remaining for the grand finale of the Salman Khan-hosted show, the BB19 fans are buzzing with excitement. The show has reached its last segment before the finale, the last elimination of BB19. As the weekend is booked for the finale, the eviction will take place mid-week, and the contestant whose dreams of winning the trophy will be shattered is Malti Chahar, the sister of Indian cricketer, Deepak Chahar. Malti's exit was supposed to be a voting-based affair; however, a recent promo delete move by the showmakers fuelled rumours of bias against her.
Malti Chahar's elimination from Bigg Boss 19 was reportedly based on audience votes. However, as per the BB19 ritual, there was a special in-house task for revealing the name of the eliminated contestant. Insider reports suggested that audience voting trends placed Malti in the bottom two, alongwith Amaal. Regarding the special task, all the contestants were required to gather in the activity area. They were asked to place their photos into a fire pit. When Malti's picture was placed in, the flame reportedly turned bright red, signifying her elimination and an end to her journey just before the grand finale.

Many fans considered Malti Chahar's eviction unfair and a decision not based on audience votes but on the showmakers' whims. The buzz was sparked after some fans claimed that she was placed high in the popularity poll for the week. The unfair allegations gained momentum after a promo for the grand finale announcement of Bigg Boss 19 was posted on the show's official Instagram handle. The makers of the show initially released the video featuring only five contestants, Amaal Mallik, Farrhana Bhatt, Gaurav Khanna, Pranit More, and Tanya Mittal. Malti Chahar was conspicuously missing from this clip.

Malti's fans immediately noticed her absence from the promo and began speculating that she had been eliminated, sparking a social media uproar and allegations that the show's outcome was rigged or pre-planned. Notably, the voting lines remained open until Tuesday (December 2, 2025) morning, and the eviction was carried out the next day, on December 3, 2025. Following the online backlash over Malti being edited out of the video clip, the makers reportedly deleted the original promo and uploaded an updated version that included her, further fueling confusion and discussion about her potential elimination.

Ultimately, social media buzz and live feed reports confirmed that Malti Chahar was indeed eliminated in a mid-week eviction task, making the initial "leaked" promo an unintentional confirmation of her exit and the top 5 finalists. Malti's fans alleged that the vlw vote count was an excuse of the shwomakers to evict her unfairly due to her "rapid rising popularity", which would "defeat their [the showmakers'] fixed top 2". Some claimed that "Makers were scared" that Malti Chahar "would get huge support in finale" and will win in voting "by huge margin."

Notably, Malti's fan following reportedly positively impacted after her brother, Deepak Chahar, had the Indian men's and women's cricket team players promote her on their respective social media accounts. From the recent World Cup winner, Deepti Sharma, to top players and ex-players like Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Tilak Varma, Arshdeep Singh, Shivam Dube, Yuzvendra Chahal, Venkatesh Iyer, Ravi Bishnoi, and more publicly showed their support for Malti Chahar.
