This season of Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18 is no different from the previous seasons, and it has been getting more interesting with each passing day. The audience has been hooked to the non-stop drama, wild card entries, special guest appearances, controversies, arguments, and much more. While fans are fully indulged in seeing their favourite social personality's unfiltered side, contestants from previous seasons are also keeping tabs on the contestants.
Recently, Shilpa Shirodkar’s attitude towards Vivian Dsena and Karan Veer Mehra has created a major buzz for the show. It has been such a highlight that the show’s former contestant, Rajiv Adatia compared Shilpa to an immensely popular daily soap's character. Rajiv, who is a former contestant of Bigg Boss 15, commented on the extreme drama in the Bigg Boss 18 house. He took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and compared the show to a TV serial. Rajiv shared that Salman Khan’s reality show has the same amount of drama as the all-time popular television series, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.
Rajiv, who was loved by the audience in the 15th season of Bigg Boss for his unfiltered stance, drew similarity between Bigg Boss 18 contestant, Shilpa Shirodkar and the serial's strict character 'Kokila Modi'. The character was known for having a dictator-like persona and used to rule the house in the TV series. After Rajiv's stint on Bigg Boss, the famous Internet Personality became an ardent viewer of Bigg Boss seasons. He has also openly expressed his opinion on the show. He tweeted:
"Bigg Boss 18 has become Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and Shilpa ji as Kokila!! Too much drama!! It has become like a daily soap! #BB18."
As soon as Rajiv posted the tweet, his X followers chimed in to share their views on the show. One user shared that Karan Veer Mehra and Shilpa Shirodkar's drama has now gone boring, while the other agreed with Rajiv and said that Shilpa is 'Kokila', Vivian is 'Ahem', Chahat is 'Gopi' and Karan is 'Jihar' while the commenter called Sara 'Urmila' and Shruthika 'Rashi'. Another user shared a hilarious comment that read:
"Kokila behen nahi nahi ye to Karan Arjun movie ka TV version. Karan Veer Mehra Shilpa ya Shilpa Vivan melodrama hi chalaraha hai."
For the unversed, the dynamics between Shilpa Shirodkar, Vivian Dsena, and Karan Veer Mehra have been going through a rough patch on Bigg Boss 18 as their bond seems to have flashed intense controversies. Salman Khan has also confronted Shilpa for being inconsistent with her words and actions. Shilpa has, on various occasions, claimed that Karan Veer Mehra is her priority; however, her actions seem to favour Vivian instead, which left the viewers upset. Shilpa had also claimed to be unbiased when it came to her co-contestants. Nonetheless, the viewers don't agree with her as she has been seen having clear biases on various occasions.
