Bhuvan Bam rose to popularity with his YouTube channel, BB Ki Vines, where he usually uploads videos featuring a teenager and his whimsical conversations with his family and friends, all of the characters are played by the YouTuber himself. Apart from his comic videos, Bhuvan also ventured into acting and has starred in Dhindora and Taaza Khabar. Moreover, he has also appeared in several music videos and a short film titled Plus Minus, based on the life of Captain Harbhajan Singh. Bhuvan, who enjoys a massive fan following of 26.4 million on YouTube and 19.2 million on Instagram, reportedly has a net worth of Rs 122 crore, which makes him the richest YouTuber in India.
Recently, during an interview with Hindustan Times, the YouTuber revealed the truth behind his massive net worth and said that he would like to meet the person, who started this rumour in the first place. Bhuvan shared that while he felt humbled reading such articles, it does not distract him from putting effort into his craft every day. In his words:
“I’d really like to meet the person who started this rumour. Because it attracts unwanted attention and while I’m humbled to read such articles, but it doesn’t distract me from putting my efforts every day to tell the kind of stories that I wish to tell.”

During the conversation, Bhuvan also opened up about his professional front and mentioned that he is currently working on the second season of his web series, Taaza Khabar. He revealed his surprise as the series received much appreciation from the audience. Sharing that he did not see this as a materialistic win but as a result of his efforts, Bhuvan added:
“At the moment, I’m filming for Taaza Khabar, and I am excited to see how it comes together. I will soon commence the Dhindora journey again with my characters. But I’m really looking forward to getting an opportunity to bag my debut Hindi film with a dream team. I didn’t expect this Taaza Khabar of mine to become such a big Dhindora. I don’t look at it as a materialistic win but a result & reward of patience & whatever little efforts I have put in the last 10 years of my professional journey.”

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Bhuvan has relocated to Mumbai from Delhi. He mentioned that he lives in the entertainment capital of the country most of the time due to his work commitments. Hence he shifted to Mumbai. Bhuvan looks at the city as a place that holds immense potential and endless possibilities for growth in the entertainment industry.
Previously, reports surfaced in the media claiming that Bhuvan bought a house worth Rs 11 crore. However, later in an interview with the Hindustan Times, he dismissed these rumours and clarified that he had bought a house but not that expensive. He also added that he did not tell this to his family, but somehow it got leaked in the media. In his words:

“Arre nahi, galat hai Yes, I have got a house, I don’t know how this news got out. I was so scared because I had not told people in my family as well. They called me after the news got out. I am under fire right now, I don’t know what to tell them! It is a good feeling. But materialistic things don’t excite me much now. A house is something I always wanted, to build a house on my own. It is something I want to live in for the next one-and-a-half years. I want to build it. I want to keep it as private as possible.”
