Bhumi Pednekar came into the limelight in 2015 for the film, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, which required her to gain 12 kilos. Right from the beginning of her career, Bhumi had a knack for picking the right outfits that flatter her body. Whether it’s about donning over-the-top cami tops or floor-sweeping gowns, she has got a few sartorial tricks up her sleeve.
This time, Bhumi turned into a desi girl as she opted for an utterly modern saree drape with an open pallu. This was Bhumi’s version of becoming a show stopper as it was her best friend’s wedding. The outfit is made in a traditional tie-dye technique on Banarasi silk. And it is dyed in the blue colours of the ocean. She teamed it with a beautiful red blouse, which featured a plunging V-neckline. The sleeveless blouse was designed with orange floral threadwork all over it.
