Bella Thorne Accuses Charlie Puth Of Spreading HATE Against Her After She Refused To Sleep With Him

Charlie Puth is a gifted singer, songwriter and record producer. However, it seems like the singer has found himself in a stormy mess after Bella Thorne made some serious accusations against him. Charlie, who is otherwise an extremely talented and loved artist, seems to have some skeletons in his closet, and they are falling out all at once now.

Bella Thorne accuses Charlie Puth of starting a 'hate train' against her

Bella Thorne has accused singer, Charlie Puth of publicly lying about their relationship. It was on July 11, 2025, when the actress took to her Instagram and made some serious accusations against the singer. For the unversed, the Disney star took to Instagram and made some shocking claims in the comment section of a post. Bella stated that he started a 'hate train' against her because she refused to sleep with him. 

Bella Thorne took to the comment section of a post which shared that the former Little Mix singer, Jade Thirlwall, 'NEVER' wanted to collaborate with Charlie Puth again. The actress, who is twenty-seven years old, replied to Jade's response, stating that she understood what he meant, as he had lied about her to the entire world as well. She didn't hesitate to share the reason why she was targeted by the singer and wrote that it was because she wouldn't sleep with him. She was quoted as saying: 

"Yeah, I mean .. he lied to the entire world about me and started a hate train. All because I wouldn’t …. Do the deed with him."

Bella Thorne was briefly rumoured to be dating Charlie Puth in 2016

It was in 2016, when there were reports that Bella Thorne was dating Charlie Puth. For the unversed, the duo was linked together in December 2016 shortly after the actress broke up with her ex-boyfriend, Tyler Posey. Charlie and Bella were papped kissing in Miami and even attended the iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball together, where he serenaded her during his performance. However, things took a turn for the worse a few weeks later when Charlie accused Bella of cheating on him. Well, the Shake It Up actress had not broken up with her now ex-Terry at the time. 

Charlie Puth accused Bella of the same, claiming she had not ended her relationship with Terry before pursuing things with him. The singer shared a series of now-deleted tweets on Twitter (now X) and stated that he was not getting in the middle of a love triangle. The singer penned:

"I can’t believe what I’m reading. No one should have their heart messed with like this, and I’m not going to be in the middle of it."

While Charlie didn't name Bella Thorne, he apologised to Terry in a follow-up tweet, which cleared who he was talking about. He revealed that while he didn't know Tyler personally, no one should be treated this way. He added that Bella had told him that she was not with Tyler anymore. However, Bella soon took to her X account and denied all accusations. Her tweet read:

"Ty and I have been broken up for like over two weeks, and Charlie and I AREN'T DATING, we are friends. That article was written forever ago. Charlie and I were hanging out.. he saw an old interview and got butthurt but instead of texting me and asking about it he put it on Twitter."
