'Bigg Boss 18's Edin Rose Shares Facing Casting Couch Experience At 21, 'His Hand Is Over My...'

Edin Rose gained a lot of fame after she took part in the Salman Khan hosted reality show, Bigg Boss 18. She was the third wild card contestant in the show and had added more drama in the controversial Bigg Boss house. The star had added glamour to the show; however, recently, she shared her casting couch experience when she was 21. Edin shared how an old man had inappropriately touched her when she was called to his office to sign a contract for a project that was offered to her.

Edin Rose reveals horrific casting couch experience

For the unversed, Edin was born in Dubai and relocated to India reportedly in 2020. She got her first big break in Ravanasura, which was Ravi Teja's 2023 film, where she did an item number. However, the actress had to undergo the ordeal of casting couch earlier. Recently, when she appeared on the Red FM Podcasts, she revealed how the old man had given her the contract after she signed the same. He then touched her thighs and used to call her at his home, where cameras were installed. In her words:

"The next thing I know, his hand is over my thigh. I'm sitting with him, and I liked the script. There were a few big names in it, etc., etc. And then he says, 'You can come again tomorrow.' The first day I met him was around 1 p.m. The next day, he calls me around 7 p.m. The office— they had an office in his house, so it had cameras everywhere. He tells me to come at 7 p.m., and I'm like, 'Okay, chill.'"

Edin Rose reveals her shocking experience with the old man

Eding, going further in the interview, revealed that she was stunned after the old man started touching her thighs inappropriately. Edin revealed she was very young and was shocked that an older man who could die anytime because of his age factor had the nerve to touch the actress. The shocking incident took place in 2021 with Edin. She froze when the incident took place. Edin also claimed that the old man even tried coming close to her face, next to her neck area and it was at that moment that she snapped.

Edin Rose, Aditi Mistry and Yamini Malhotra entered Bigg Boss 18 house together as wild card entrants. Edin was seen in a heated argument with Avinash right on the first day she entered the reality show. She exchanged verbal spat with Avinash and expressed her hatred towards him. Edin was blunt enough to tell Avinash that she disliked him and did not take a second to mince her words. He got irritated and said that people reveal their true selves here. She threatened to make Avinash's life difficult in the show and said:

"Don't try to play the teacher or the father. You're always barking orders."
