However, earlier this year, in 2025, Abhishek Bajaj’s ex-wife, Akanksha Jindal, made some serious allegations against the Bigg Boss 19 contestant that included infidelity. Now, Abhishek’s close friend and BB OTT 1 winner, Divya Agarwal, came forward to support him and has reacted to it.

In a recent interview with Zoom, Divya Agarwal shared that she has known Abhishek for over 12 years. She mentioned that the actor has also attended her wedding. She later expressed that Abhishek is really doing well in the house and also wished to see him in the top 2. She was quoted as saying:

"I have known Abhishek Bajaj for 12 years. He was a part of my wedding too. I was shocked after learning about him entering Bigg Boss 19. He is doing well in the house. He is one of the strongest contestants in the house. I hope he is in the top 2."

In the same conversation, Divya shared that it is normal for a person like Abhishek to have a fear of the past. She explained that the BB 19 contestant doesn’t want to relive his past. She shared that Abhishek has improved a lot as a person and has done several good things. Later, Divya mentioned that Abhishek will surely handle the situation. Revealing that he has moved on in his life, Divya said:

"Darr toh jayaz hai. I have also attended his wedding. Maybe he is scared because he doesn’t want to bring back his past once again in his life. He has moved on in his life. It’s not fair to dig out his past. After divorce, he has witnessed a lot of changes in his life. He has improved as a person. He has done a lot of good things. Now, he doesn’t want that blame and those issues back in his life. He will definitely handle such situations."

Further in the same interview, Divya reacted to Abhishek’s ex-wife, Akanksha Jindal’s cheating allegations. She shared that she is not going to take any side and said that, whatever happens between a married couple, there’s no definite answer about who is right or wrong. She later added that Abhishek has never been disrespectful towards her and has always been caring. She was quoted as saying:

"I am not going to take the side of anyone. Whatever happens between husband and wife, you will never get a definite answer about who is right or who is wrong. Each side has a different story. I have never seen Abhishek disrespecting other women or approaching someone. He has always been caring towards us. Not around me, for sure."
