During the show, the Anupamaa actor was seen in a calm and composed manner, but when Farrhana questioned him about his TV career, he lost his cool and reacted strongly.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Gaurav Khanna opened up about the moment when he lost his cool inside the Bigg Boss 19 house. The Anupamaa actor shared that he never felt very low inside the BB 19 house, but when the top 2 contender, Farrhana Bhatt, raised questions on his TV career and on his fans who supported him for 20 years, he got angry. The BB 19 winner highlighted that he never took the ill words of Farrhana seriously, which involved personal attacks. He was quoted as saying:

"I never felt very low in the house, firstly. I felt angered when Farrhana raised a question about my TV profession, when she raised a question on the fans who have stood by me for 20 years in television. Jab tak woh mere personal attacks kar rahi thi, personal gaaliyaan de rahi thi, aurat bol rahi thi, beghairat bol rahi thi, galeez aadmi bol rahi thi, mujhe koi farak nahi padta tha, because I can take all this. It doesn’t matter what she says, I never took her words seriously."

In the same interview, Gaurav Khanna explained what made him lose his cool on the show, Bigg Boss 19. He shared that when Farrhana questioned him about his TV audience and fans, he got angry. He mentioned that if the peace activist, Farrhana fought with him personally, he would not have reacted that way. He added that it was the only moment on the show, when people saw an aggressive GK. He was quoted as saying:

"But when she (Farrhana) questioned my TV audience, my fans, I lost it. Kyuki show mein mein aaya hu, mere fans nahi aaye hain. Aap unko kadghare mein kharaa nahi kar sakte. Aap mere profession ko kadghare mein kharaa nahi kar sakte. If you want to fight, I am standing right here. Fight with me. I will respond the way I need to. So that was the only point, jab aapne dekha hoga ki aggressive GK bahar aaya tha ki 'Haan mein hu! Aur mein jab kharaa hoga stage pe, tum taali bajaa rahi hogi jab mein trophy uthauga.'"

During an episode of Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan, schooled Farrhana Bhatt for her 'Kaun Ho Aap' remark. She had questioned Gaurav Khanna’s popularity and shared that no one knows him. However, Salman scolded the peace activist and called the Anupamaa actor 'TV ke superstar'. Salman Khan was quoted as saying:

"Farrhana aapne kya kaha tha, B-grade log, gandi naali ka keeda, gawar. Aap national television par ye sab bol rahi hai, TV aapke level se bohot neeche hai. TV ki aukat hi nahi hai ki aap is par nazar aao. I, too, am embarrassed. Maine Gaurav ke shows dekhe, meri maa ne dekhe hai, aur main kehta hu he is a superstar. Main aapko ek offer deta hu, ye show, ye medium aapke liye bohot chota hai. Open the gates, guys."
