Bageshwar Dham, Dhirendra Shastri Reveals Anant Ambani Said, 'Dada, Shaadi Nai Karege, Ap Na Aaye..'

Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, hopped on his 'happily ever after' with his longtime love, Radhika Merchant, on July 12, 2024. Anant and Radhika's grand wedding showed off the beautiful Hindu wedding culture in front of famous personalities across the world. However, it was their Shubh Ashirwaad, which was a Sanatani ritual performed by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Several renowned saints and dignitaries from religious backgrounds attended the ceremony.  

Anant Ambani forced Bageshwar Dham's Dhirendra Shastri to attend his wedding 

Anant Ambani, the youngest son of the Ambani clan, is extremely spiritual and believes in God. He is even fond of Bageshwar Dham's Dhirendra Shastri, a religious guru, saint and kathakar. Recently, in a podcast with Sushant Sinha, Dhirendra Shastri talked about Anant and how he forced him to attend his wedding. However, Dhirendra Shastri was in Australia for a katha. 

Dhirendra Shastri revealed that Anant's management told him that a private jet would pick him up and drop him back. However, he wasn't ready as it would consume a lot of his time. However, Anant was adamant on his request and stated that if Dhirendra Shastri wouldn't come, then he would not marry. Talking about the same, Dhirendra Shastri said:

"Unhone kaha shaadi mein aana hai, hum Australia mein the. Toh unke sath mein rahte hai, unhone kaha ki hawai jahaaj jo jayegi wahi apko le aayegi. Mai ne kaha kaise aayege jaayege bahut samay lag jayega katha chutth jayegi, Sydney mein katha karni thi. Bole nahi chukegi nahi."

Dhirendra Shastri further revealed Anant's exact words that made him agree to attend his wedding. After which, he guaranteed his presence. He said:

"Vo dada bolte hai. Anant bhaiji, humko bole, 'Dada her haal mein apko aana hai, nahi toh shaadi nahi karege.' Humne kaha aisi baat bol rahe hai, chahe jo ho jave, humne kaha utha lo dhar lo. Toh hum aa jayege."

Anant Ambani sent a private jet for Dhirendra Shastri

Dhirendra Shastri further revealed how Anant Ambani spent so much money on him by booking a big private jet. He came sleeping in the jet and even took a bath. He also talked about attending Anant's wedding and shared that it was a beautiful 'Santani' wedding. Dhirendra Shastri also recalled talking to Anant about inviting every saint, which he obliged. 

Dhirendra Shastri added that the Ambanis welcomed the saints with a lot of respect and took care of them. They didn't make them feel as if they had come to a VIP place. He also recalled Anant's words after meeting him at the wedding. He said:

"Sab ready hai, apka Chartered udd jayega, sab ready hai. Ap bhojan karke jana dada. Koi dikkat ho toh hume bata dena. Apni shaadi mein itna care."

For those who don't know, the Santani ritual can be performed at various stages of a person's life, such as Annaprashana, Upanayana, marriage, and death. In the Vedic ritual, there is a rule to perform puja, yagya, and Dhawan. The Acharyas chant many mantras in Sanskrit. Anant and Radhika's Aashirwad ceremony set a beautiful example in the world.
