Avika Gor carved a niche for herself in the television industry with her debut role as ‘Anandi’ in Balika Vadhu. After this popular role, she once again won hearts by portraying ‘Roli’ in Sasural Simar Ka. However, the starlet did not limit herself to the small screen and ventured into cinemas with the Telegu romcom, Uyyala Jampala in 2013.
Recently, Avika spoke at length about her professional and personal life on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa's LOL podcast on their YouTube channel. During their conversation, the comedienne asked the actress about her marriage. Avika jokingly said that she has gotten married so many times on-screen that she can't think of marriage anymore. She said:

"Waise hi meri 20 shaadiyan ho chuki hai TV pe aur nahi ho sakti mujhse."

Further, Bharti questioned who among her on-screen husbands is still her friend. Avika took some time and said it was her Balika Vadhu co-star Avinash Mukherjee, who played 'Jagiya'. She revealed that the two used to study in the same school and were classmates. In her words:
"Jagiya, I think because wo pehla tha. Hum same school mein the, same class mein the."
In the same conversation, Avika also opened up about her relationship with Milind Chandwani, whom she has been dating since 2020. The actress shared that she met her boyfriend through common friends in Hyderabad and added that he had friend-zoned her for the initial six months. Milind, who works in corporate, is also passionate about social work, a quality which greatly attracted the actress towards him. Avika further heaped praise on Milind, saying that he was an understanding person.
