Athiya Shetty Flaunts Fully-Grown Baby Bump In Maternity Photoshoot With KL Rahul Ahead Of Due Date

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are all set to welcome their first child and fulfil the former's father, Suneil Shetty's wish to become a nana. A baby brightens the world, and makes a couple even stronger, and KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty's love seems to have grown with the mom-to-be's growing baby bump. Their maternity pictures is straight outta Korean movies.

For the unversed, Athiya Shetty is due in April 2025, and ahead of the big day, she shared a lovely glimpse from her trimester. In the photos, we can see the parents-to-be, Athiya and KL Rahul, laughing out loud and enjoying the most special moments. In the first photo, Athiya was dressed up in a cream-toned ribbed bodycon dress with full-sleeves, and her baby bump was clearly visible. She looked lovingly at her husband, KL Rahul, who was lying his head on her lap. 

In another photo, we can see KL Rahul cradling Athiya's baby bump and they looked adorable together as they were seen chilling on a sofa. We also stumbled upon a photo, wherein the mommy-to-be was dressed up in a black-hued fitted dress that flaunted her bump. 

When Athiya Shetty shared photos, flaunting her baby bump

On January 29, 2025, Athiya took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures from her pregnancy diaries. The mommy-to-be radiated pregnancy glow in a monochrome ensemble. She picked a white flowy skirt with a pair of black turtleneck sweaters. She styled her hair long, curly hair tied in a ponytail.

Subtle makeup and statement-long danglers completed her look. In the first photo, Athiya was seen flaunting her glow, while in another, she was seen cradling her fully-grown baby bump. She also shared a sunkissed picture of herself, and the living room area, which was decorated with sunflowers.

On November 8, 2024, Athiya took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy baby arrival announcement. The actress, who loves everything minimal, didn't opt for a pregnancy announcement photoshoot but rather a simple picture note. In the photo, the parents-to-be penned how their 'beautiful blessing is on the way'. They even mentioned the year 2025. The picture note also had tiny feet and a cute amulet to protect from evil eye.

Suniel Shetty, who is a judge on the dance reality show, Dance Deewane, gave a casual statement. It soon created a stir in the media, and the report of his daughter, Athiya's pregnancy went viral. It all started when, during the grandparent's special episode, Bharti told Suniel that he has to behave when he becomes a grandfather, as no kid can handle such a cool grandparent. To which, Suniel said:

“Yes next season when I come I will be walking on the stage like a Nana.”
