Athiya Shetty And KL Rahul Share Baby Arrival Announcement With 'Swans' Clip Art, 'Blessed With..'

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have been living an extremely private life away from the media glares. The couple never divulged details about their love story, but their fans always knew that they held a special place in each other's hearts. However, their grand wedding with their family in Suneil Shetty's Khandala farmhouse proved their never-ending love for each other. Now, they are all set to hop onto a new chapter of their life — parenthood as they welcomed their first child.

Athiya Shetty gets blessed with a baby girl

Suneil Shetty's wish to hold his daughter, Athiya Shetty's baby, has been fulfilled by the almighty. On March 24, 2025, Athiya gave birth to a baby girl. Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a collaborative post with her husband, KL Rahul. The post had a beautiful illustration of two swans in a pond. Below it was written:

"Blessed with a baby girl, 24-3-2025, Athiya and Rahul."

However, soon their fans and friends rushed to congratulate the first-time parents. Parineeti Chopra penned, "Congratss guys!" Arjun Kapoor also showered the family of three with a cutesy blessing as he wrote, "Is here!! #squishy! Congratulations guys." Shikhar Dhawan commented, "Congrats Guys."

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul's dreamy maternity photoshoot

For the unversed, Athiya Shetty was due in April 2025, and it seems like her little one came a little early. Athiya shared a beautiful maternity photoshoot on her Instagram handle. In the photos, we could see the then-parents-to-be, Athiya and KL Rahul, laughing out loud and enjoying the most special moments. In the first photo, Athiya was dressed up in a cream-toned ribbed bodycon dress with full sleeves, and her baby bump was clearly visible. She looked lovingly at her husband, KL Rahul, who was lying his head on her lap. 

In another photo, we can see KL Rahul cradling Athiya's baby bump and they looked adorable together as they were seen chilling on a sofa. We also stumbled upon a photo, wherein the mommy-to-be was dressed up in a black-hued fitted dress that flaunted her bump. 

When Athiya Shetty shared photos flaunting her baby bump

On January 29, 2025, Athiya took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures from her pregnancy diaries. The mommy-to-be radiated pregnancy glow in a monochrome ensemble. She picked a white flowy skirt with a pair of black turtleneck sweaters. She styled her hair long, curly hair tied in a ponytail.

Subtle makeup and statement-long danglers completed her look. In the first photo, Athiya was seen flaunting her glow, while in another, she was seen cradling her fully-grown baby bump. She also shared a sunkissed picture of herself, and the living room area, which was decorated with sunflowers.
