Astronomer's CEO, Andy Byron and HR head, Kristin Cabot, have been hogging the limelight ever since their kiss cam moment was caught on camera at Coldplay's concert. Andy was seen embracing Kristin tightly, and when the camera zoomed in, both of them moved apart and covered their face with their palms. The audience couldn't stop laughing as they were caught off guard. Even Chris Martin fooled around, saying they were either shy or having an affair. What initially appeared to be a bizarre moment on a large video screen has now been transformed into a pixelated video game, just days after the clip went viral.
The internet has created meme content, while netizens are also angry as Andy and Kristin have reportedly cheated on their partners. They separated in a way that looked like they were caught red-handed. Now, the cringeworthy video on the big screen has blown up the internet, and a pixel art video game has been created by a developer called, Jonathan Mann. The game has been named Coldplay Canoodlers, which went viral after it was shared by @songadaymann on an X account. The premise of the game is to locate Coldplay cheaters- Andy and Kristin in an array of pixelated concert lovers crowd. The caption written on the clip was:
"I vibe coded a little game called Coldplay Canoodlers, you're the camera operator, and you have to find the CEO and HR lady canoodling 10 points every time you find them."
According to a report by the Mint, the game has gone viral on X, Instagram and TikTok and has garnered millions of views. The internet could identify the pair immediately. Hashtags related to the scandal also went viral on social media.
One user on X commented, "Haha, this is great. Omg this is such a good idea." Another user wrote, "This is incredible. I love the internet." A user even commented, "Astronomers can use it for corporate training. As a Coldplay fan, I enjoyed the game." A user even shared, "This is wildly creative. Coldplayed." According to a report by Insider Gaming, the meme-inspired design of the game gave it a quirky feel, and netizens were attracted to the same. Hours after the game was launched, users joined, and some users even called it a scandal-based game, to which the developer shared that he may auction the other editions. The game has become a butt of jokes, and users have termed it a 'playable meme'.
