Asim Riaz Reacts To Rubina And Abhinav Receiving Death Threats, 'Stop Fishing For Sympathy...'

Asim Riaz, who rose to fame after his stint in Bigg Boss 13, is known for his fiery temper and unfiltered opinions. But, his journey on reality shows after that has not been fruitful like the one in the Salman Khan-hosted show. After clashing with Rohit Shetty on Khatron Ke Khiladi, Asim again broke the headlines after a heated confrontation with Rubina Dilaik in Battleground. While Asim continues to believe he was right, Rubina and Abhinav became the target of Asim's fans who threatened the couple. Now, after the issue came under the spotlight, Asim shared his reaction.

Asim Riaz reacts to Rubina and Abhinav receiving death threats 

Asim Raiz was allegedly shown the door after his fiasco with Rubina Dilaik and Abhishek on his new show, Battleground. It angered the rapper-model's fans, who threatened Rubina and her husband, Abhinav Shukla. Recently, Asim Riaz reacted to this by sharing a note on his Instagram Stories section. Instead of showing empathy towards the couple, he called the threats' fake' and mentioned that Abhinav was trying to get publicity by intervening in the issue. He mentioned that it isn't some WhatsApp group drama, and people like Abhinav speak up in other people's matters to get relevance. In his words:

"Four judges were having a real conversation... Who even called you to jump in? Stop poking your nose everywhere trying to play the hero- this isn't some WhatsApp group drama. People like you only speak up when someone else's name brings you relevance. This wasn't your scene, but you forced an entry like you mattered."

Since Abhinav had shared screenshots of the threats on his Instagram handle, Asim Riaz speculated they were sent from 'Fake ids' to bring the former to fame. He added that anyone can do such an internet thing. Countering Abhinav's claims where he claimed that Asim was on 'steroids' consumption, Asim highlighted that it wasn't true and he had built it with hard work. He penned:

"And stop fishing for sympathy off fake comments from fake IDs. This is the internet- anyone can type anything. Stand tall or stay silent. Now, about fitness, only a man who's never lifted will cry 'steroids' when someone shows up built differently. I built this body, this name, this attitude by brick, rep by rep. You call it substances, and I call it substances. I don't need sympathy- l need space to dominate, and you Stay in your lane."

Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla shared death threats received from Asim's fans

Rubina Dilaik and Asim Riaz's clash turned sour, and the respective actor's loyal fan bases got involved. Abhinav Shukla reportedly received death threats from gangster, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang and shared it on his X handle. He tagged police authorities and asked them to intervene. Likewise, Rubina and Abhinav received disturbing threats and shared them on their Instagram handle, highlighting how it happened just for an argument on the show. Moreover previously, when Abhinav Shukla was asked about Asim's rude behaviour towards Rubina on his YouTube channel, he penned:

"All jacked up muscles, no brain and bad attitude is not a sign of fitness."

Why was Asim Riaz removed from Battleground?

According to a news report by India Today, a few days ago, the shoot of Battleground was stopped after Abhishek Malhan and Asim Raiz engaged in a big confrontation. Soon, Rubina Dilaik interfered in the clash, and everyone was sent to their vanity to cool down, delaying the shoot for a day. The source said:

"What seemed like a normal tiff slowly became a massive fight. Asim also insulted Rubina Dilaik, who intervened to sort out their differences. As things heated up, they all rushed to their vanity, calling off the shoot."
