Ashnoor Kaur Becomes Teary Eyed Sharing Her Body Shaming Story On 'BB 19', 'Since I Was...'

Bigg Boss 19 is garnering a lot of attention for its high-voltage drama and entertainment. From ugly conflicts to shocking eliminations, the show has become the talk of the town. Recently, TV actress, Ashnoor Kaur, who is currently inside the BB 19 house, was body-shamed by her fellow contestants, Kunickaa Sadanand, Tanya Mittal and Neelam Giri. Ashnoor’s dad has slammed the contestants for their shameful behaviour towards the Patiala Babes actress. Host, Salman Khan, also schooled the contestants on the same. Now, Ashnoor became emotional as she shared her side of the story.

Ashnoor Kaur breaks down while sharing her weight gain story

During the latest Weekend Ka Vaar, Ashnoor Kaur broke down in tears, sharing her side of the story. The Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha actress shared that her body used to bloat whenever she came onto the sets. When she was a teenager, she tried many things to overcome the problems. She mentioned that she lost 9 kgs before entering the Bigg Boss 19 house, but her body is bloating up again. She added that she tends to gain weight in stressful environments. 

Ashnoor shared that since she was 14, she has grown in front of the camera. She mentioned that over the years, she has not eaten junk food. She added that although people tell her to eat a little, she doesn’t take a single bite. She was quoted as saying:

"Since I was 14 years old, I have grown in front of the camera. Since then, I haven't even touched junk food. Everyone here knows who eats with me. Everyone tells me to eat a little, but I don't. Everyone's body is different."

Ashnoor Kaur revealed that due to these issues with her body, she had gone to the medical room many times to be sorted. Being teary-eyed, Ashnoor said, "I have gone to the medical room many times because of this issue to sort it out, but it is not happening." Soon, Ashnoor’s close friend, Abhishek Bajaj, came in support of her. He shared that the Patiala Babes actress is diet-conscious and that such insensitive comments deeply affected her.

Salman Khan schools Tanya Mittal and Neelam Giri for their harsh comments

Fans got to see host, Salman Khan, teach lessons to the contestants on every Weekend Ka Vaar for the mistakes they committed throughout the week. And this time, it was Tanya Mittal and Neelam who faced Salman’s wrath. He schooled Tanya and Neelam for their body-shaming comments on Ashnoor Kaur. During the episode, Salman Khan asked, "Tanya aur Neelam, aap bataiye kya rai hai aapki Ashnoor ko lekar?" Neelam expressed, "Achhi lag rahi hai." Tanya said, "Bilkul princess jaisi lag rahi hai." Hearing this, Salman was quick to point out their past mistakes. He was quoted as saying:

"Accha? Neelam, aapko apni chugli par bahut garv hai? Ab kyu nahi bol rahi? Tanya, aapne kaha haathi jaise, dinosaur, moti, fugge jaise shakal wali. Ye haq kisne diya aapko ye sab bolne ka?"

What exactly happened inside the Bigg Boss 19 house?

Not only Kunickaa, Tanya, and Neelam were behind body-shaming Ashnoor. It was music composer Amaal and Shehbaz Badesha who started it. The duo were seen talking together when Amaal made a comment about Ashnoor Kaur. He called her face 'egg-like', while Shehbaz quipped, saying that she had become a 'thepla'. On the other hand, Tanya, Kunickaa, and Neelam were discussing Ashnoor's detox diet. The trio was seated at the dining table, gossiping about the 21-year-old actress’s weight. Tanya even claimed that the Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha star looked older than them. In her words:

"Kitni moti hai, sara din gym karti hai fir bhi itni moti kaise? Uske dresses hum par zyada suit karenge. Even my 13-year-old granddaughter knows what to eat and what not to."
