Ashish Chanchlani Gets Emotional In His First Video After 'India's Got Latent' Row, 'Lad Lenge...'

Ashish Chanchlani has been among the most popular YouTubers in the country, and he has entertained audiences with his funny content. He rose to fame with his relatable content on school and college life. Gradually, he diversified his content and became a popular influencer. Ashish recently stepped into direction and production. However, before beginning the new phase, he got embroiled in a major controversy after sharing the stage with Ranveer Allahbadia on India's Got Latent, whose comment stirred a major controversy. 

Ashish Chanchlani shares his first emotional video after India's Got Latent Row 

Ashish Chanchlani has maintained silence over Ranveer Allahbadia's comments and following legal trouble for him. But, after a couple of weeks, he took to his Instagram handle a while ago and shared his first video reacting to the situation. The content creator was seen getting emotional in the video and explained that he had read messages from his fans and decided to share a video with them. However, he wasn't able to form words to express his feelings. Despite the difficult situation, Ashish highlighted that he would fight the situation and learn from it. In his words: 

“Samjh nahi aa raha kya kahun. Lad lenge situation se, dekhe hain aise tough times, isse bhi kuch naya seekh lenge. Main aap sabse bas yahi request karta hoon ki meri family aur mujhe apni prayers mein rakhna.”

Apart from the good wishes from his fans, the YouTuber also shared an update on his work front. Ashish had cancelled a few of his events after he, along with other content creators on India's Got Latent panel, became a target of netizen's fury. But, in his video, Ashish confirmed that he would learn something from the situation and urged his fans to support him whenever he returned. Highlighting how his work is affected by the incident, he said: 

“Jab bhi main wapas aaun, mera kaam thoda idhar-udhar ho gaya hoga, lekin tab bhi support karna. I will work hard, as I have always worked hard."

Ashish Chanchlani's fans quickly reacted to his video and extended their support for him. Many fans felt bad for his situation and claimed he was unnecessarily targeted. One user penned, 'I really feel bad for him. Poor guy unnecessarily got caught in a crossfire. Hope he comes back stronger." Another fan wrote, "Ashish, if you are reading this, bro, you have my complete support. Be strong. You have been through worse. This is just a matter of time."

What is India's Got Latent controversy? 

On February 10, 2025, Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorv Makhija, Ashish Chanchlani, and Jaspreet Singh graced the judges panel of Samay Raina's dark comedy show, India's Got Latent. During their interaction with one of the contestants, Ranveer asked a contestant whether he would watch his parents get intimate for the rest of his life or join in once and stop it forever. The question soon became viral and created massive outrage across the country. Samay had to delete all the episodes of his show, and his team was caught in legal trouble. Ranveer immediately apologised, but multiple FIRs have already been filed against all the judges.
