Aryan Khan's 'The Ba***ds Of Bollywood' Cameos, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan, And More

The much-awaited Aryan Khan directorial, The Ba***ds Of Bollywood, has been released on Netflix on Thursday, September 18, 2025. The show has lived up to its name and aptly highlighted all the dark and debatable sides of Bollywood. From 'movie mafia' to nepotism and power struggle, the series has explored all the controversial aspects of the Hindi film industry. The show's main cast, Lakshya, Sahher Bamba, and more, delivered impressive performances. However, what truly stole the show were the cameos of the Bollywood bigshots.

Salman Khan is afraid of becoming papa, lights up 'bull****' party

Dabangg fame, Salman Khan appeared for a brief scene inThe Ba***ds Of Bollywood. The scene became one of the most viral parts of the series, due to the actor's witty one-liners. In the show, Salman attended a party, which he clearly wasn't enjoying. Raghav Juyal was seen telling Lakshya how amazing the party was, and now cut to Salman, who calls it 'bull****' party'. He then walked up to Sahher Bamba and showered her party with false praise. She then said that she'll call her papa. Then came Salman's hilarious dialogue about fatherhood. He said:

"Papa banneka hi toh daar hai."

The actor, known for his singlehood in Bollywood, gave a hilarious nod to himself with the line. There is a popular joke in the industry and among fans that something impossible will happen before Salman decides to get married and settle down. Amid that, his jovial comment on being scared of becoming a father adds to the fun.

Ranbir Kapoor rejected by a woman for the first time

The Ranbir Kapoor cameo in The Ba***ds of Bollywood came as a surprise to the fans. In a scene, Anya Singh's character, 'Sanya', was offered a job as Ranbir Kapoor's manager by Karan Johar. Though initially mesmerised by him, she soon jots down reality and turns down the offer. She does that to stay loyal to her current client, a rising star named 'Aasmaan Singh', played by the lead, Lakshya. After 'Sanya' left, Karan Johar asked Ranbir if that was the first time a girl had ever turned him down. The Animal star touched his chest and asked:

"So, this is how it feels [to get rejected]?"

Aamir Khan vs. SS Rajamouli rift

Aamir Khan and RRR director, SS Rajamouli, used humour to present their alleged friendly competition regarding filmmaking. In The Ba***ds of Bollywood, they argue over idli-sambar and vada pav. However, that might hint at their box office fights due to creating content on the same topic around the same time. Both talented filmmakers decided to opt for subjects such as the Mahabharata and a biography of Dadasaheb Phalke simultaneously. Is it a mere coincidence? The fans don't think so.

Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh's bickering

Karan Johar played a very crucial part in the Aryan Khan directorial. He can almost be considered a cast member due to his significant contribution to the plot development. In one of his several scenes, Karan was seen conversing with Ranveer Singh at the success party of 'Aasmaan Singh's' debut film. Ranveer appeared with a fractured leg, telling Karan that he can't shoot for the next six months, infuriating the director. Later, it was known that latter pretended to be hurt to ditch the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani director for a SS Rajamouli project.

Shah Rukh Khan 'ghante ka Badshah'?

In one of the episodes, Shah Rukh Khan waited outside Manoj Pahwa's vanity van to meet him. However, he sent a crew member back to SRK to inform him that he didn't want to see him. Shah Rukh, also known as 'Badshah of Bollywood', asked him what Manoj said. After initial hesitation, he said it was 'ghante ka Badshah', which loosely translates to 'go to hell with your Badshah title'. On hearing that, SRK became infuriated and was on the verge of cursing the crew member. The Jawan actor also appeared in a promotional video of the show, asking his son if Bollywood was his 'baap ka raaj', to which Aryan replied 'haan'.

The other cameos include Disha Patani posing for the paps and then suddenly covering herself up with a fluffy jacket. It got the paps disappointed, who wanted to cash in on some ravishing, bare-shoulder shots of her. Besides her, Arjun Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi, Siddhant Chaturvedi and rapper, Badhash also appeared in some brief scenes.
