Reports Say Samantha Ruth Prabhu And Raj Nidimoru Could Make Relationship Official In 2025

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is one of the most loved and admired actresses from the South. Recently, she has been in headlines for being romantically involved with the director, Raj Nidimoru. The two have been dating for a couple of months and reports suggest that the couple have plans to make it official by the end of this year. They met during The Family Man and since then they have frequently been spotted together.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and director, Raj Nidimoru first met while working on The Family Man 2 and their bond only grew stronger during Citadel: Honey Bunny. The couple was often spotted together at public events like pickleball matches and temple visits, sparking more and more rumours. Even though the couple have not said anything about their relationship, but when Samantha herself started posting photos with Raj on her Instagram, fans were somewhat convinced that the couple is dating. 

According to reports by Deccan Chronicle, the relationship between the duo has evolved a lot and they might be taking the next step by the end of this year and make their relationship official. According to many reports, the couple seems deeply committed to each other. Earlier, there were reports about Samantha and Raj making their relationship public when the duo was planning to move in together but Samantha's team had officially dismissed the rumours by calling them false and made it clear that Samantha wants to keep her personal life private and away from media attention.

Raj Nidimoru tied the knot with Shhyamali De in 2015. She was a psychology graduate and has worked on some great films like Rang De Basanti, Omkara, and Ek Nadir Golpo. Raj has openly praised her for casting advice and keeping him grounded. Eventually the couple separated in 2022, but during their divorce, there were rumours that the couple had a daughter. But, later the rumours shut down as the daughter who was frequently seen with him was the daughter of his co-director, DK.

After the couple separated, they never officially said anything, but Raj's ex-wife, Shhyamali De often used to share cryptic posts on her social media, which fans wonder if it was directed towards Samantha and Raj's budding relationship. She has posted on her social media, saying:

"I send blessings and love to everyone who thinks of me, sees me, hears me, hears of me, speaks to me, speaks of me, reads of me, writes of me and meets me today."

On the professional front, Raj Nidimoru is a well known filmmaker along with his partner and co-director, DK in the industry. He has co-directed and co-produced several hit projects like The Family Man, Stree, and Go Goa Gone. With his strong storytelling skills, Raj, today has a powerful reputation. His recent projects include Citadel: Honey Bunny, which starred Samantha Ruth Prabhu as well.
