Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta are one of the most loved couples of Indian television. They have often made headlines regarding their work, but this time it is a little different. For those who don't know, Ravi and Sargun have been married for 11 years and since a long time, fans have been waiting for their child. Well, it looks as if the wait is over and the power couple is about to embrace parenthood.

Recently, a report by MoneyControl claimed that Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta might be expecting after 11 years of their beautiful marriage. Well, the claims around their pregnancy started when the power couple appeared on the reality show, Bigg Boss 19, to promote their new show, Juliet Jatt Di. Soon after their warm appearance, Ravi and Sargun were spotted together at a hospital, which sparked pregnancy rumours. It is worth mentioning that these are only rumours and there has been no official confirmation of it. 

When Sargun Mehta opened up about her pregnancy plans

Earlier, in mid-2025, the Punjabi actress had shared her thoughts on pregnancy with her husband, Ravi Dubey. During an interview with the Hindustan Times, the Saunkan Saukne actress shared that there are more important things in a marriage other than pregnancy. She added that she is still struggling to make her mark in the industry, and is on a different journey at the moment. She was quoted as saying:

"I’m not saying that anybody who is getting pregnant or wants to have a baby is wrong. People have different priorities and goals in life. Some people achieve when they’re 25, some achieve it when they’re 40. Only when you feel that you’re satisfied with what you want to do it life, can you move ahead and give somebody else happiness. It’s not something you can do while you’re still struggling or clawing to be someone. I am on a different journey at the moment."

Ravi and Sargun met on the set of the TV show, 12/24 Karol Bagh. Reportedly, the two became friends on the show and slowly their friendship blossomed into love. Even though the couple tried to keep their relationship private, some fans guessed it. Later, the two appeared on the dance reality show, Nach Baliye 5, where Ravi planned a surprise proposal. 

On national television, Ravi went down on his knees and popped the question to Sargun, who said yes. In 2013, Ravi and Sargun got married to each other. Years later, Sargun opened up about her first meeting and love story with Ravi and shared:

"We met in 2009, and it still feels the same. We started off as very good friends and we’re still that at the core. Even then, we were very respectful towards each other’s dreams and happiness. When he’s doing well, I feel like I have succeeded. When I am doing well, he feels the success."

Talking about their work front, Sargun Mehta was last seen in the film, Sarbala ji and her upcoming films include Qismat 3, Angrej 2 and Carry On Jattiye. On the other hand, Ravi Dubey was last seen in Farradday. Next, he will be seen in the much-awaited film, Ramayan, alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
