The YouTuber and the content creator were being called out on social media for their choice of words on a show. For the unversed, Ranveer, on the show, made comments on parents' intimacy, while Apoorva made some crude comments about female body parts. Following this, the guests on the show, who appeared on the judging panel, were dragged in an FIR. It was on February 12, 2025, when Apoorva Mukhija and Ashish Chanchlani recorded their statement about the controversy. And here's what they had revealed.

While Apoorva Mukhija and Ranveer Allahbadia made the crass comments, an FIR was lodged against everyone including Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani, and Jaspreet Singh. Apoorva and Ashish were recently summoned by the police, and they appeared at Khar police station to record their statements. As per a report by Free Press Journal, Ashish and Apoorva revealed that on the show, the judges and participants are told to talk openly and it's not scripted.

They are quoted the rules as saying, "talk openly". They also revealed if they are paid a huge amount of money for their stint on the show, and the answer is 'no'. Apoorva revealed that they are not paid any amount of money for their stint as judges on the show, but they can post the show's content on their social media handles. Ashish and Apoorva can be quoted as saying:

"The judges have the freedom to post the content of the show on their social media."

It was a few hours ago, when Apoorva Mukhija, along with her lawyer, reached the the police station to record her statement. Videos from the same had gone viral, wherein she was seen covering her face with the use of a mask. The photographers and reports were seen crowding her, which left her irritated, and she quickly left the place by going into her car. While she looked visibly frustrated and trying to hide her face, netizens slammed her further, stating that she should have thought twice before making such comments.

Apoorva Mukhija's silent response to the controversy

For the unversed, while Ranveer Allahbadia asked a female contestant if they would prefer watching parents' intimacy or if they would chip in to put an end to it forever, Apoorva made some objectionable comments on female body parts while roasting a male contestant. While these remarks spread like wildfire, Apoorva was getting bullied, abused, and slut-shamed in her comment section, which led her to disable the same on IG. On the other hand, while YouTube has already taken down the video of the episode, Apoorva still has a clip from the show on her profile, which features nothing controversial.
