In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Anushka Sharma was asked about her and hubby, Virat Kohli’s fitness regime during the ongoing lockdown. To which, she has revealed that they aren’t doing something special with their diets and following a normal daily routine. As she explained, “We, honestly, are not doing anything different from what we normally do. I think Virat and me are people who don’t believe in diets and we just have a very healthy lifestyle. We have always been like that. There are certain things we don’t eat because they are not good for you, we try to eat food which is alkaline so it’s kind of easy on the stomach and keeps you healthy because if your body is alkaline your immunity is good and that’s something that we have always followed.” (Don't Miss: Manoj Bajpayee To Celebrate His 51st Birthday With Wife, Shabana And Daughter, Ava In Uttrakhand)
Going further in the interview, Anushka also talked about the much-discussed topic of boosting our immunity and how they’re achieving this. She said, “I think all of us are trying to do whatever we can to boost our immunity. We have been having a lot of haldi, haldi in the morning when we wake up, we are having haldi ginger and Kali mirch ka chai (tea) and we are trying to drink a lot of water - sometimes we forget but we try to drink a lot of water.”
In the end, the Pari actress advised everyone to keep pushing themselves whenever they think of not doing their workout session, as we have ample time to do that. She advised, “When you are about to go to work out, you might feel that you aren’t feeling like doing so but you have to push yourself. So, we are trying to do that because there is obviously a lot of time in hand and we are just trying to do things which will just keep us physically feeling good, immunity high and also mentally feeling better.” (Sushmita Sen's Daughter Alisah's Reply On Why She Loves 'Harry Potter' Will Melt Your Heart)
