Anjali Merchant Revamped Her Own Wedding Lehenga To Wear On Her Sister, Radhika Merchant's Reception

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani's wedding, has become the 'wedding of the century.' The young businessman married his longtime ladylove, Radhika Merchant, in the presence of their loved ones and scores of people from all around the world on July 12, 2024. While people cannot stop talking about the extravaganza of the events, another aspect that has caught everyone's attention is the fashion game of the main ladies of the family.

Anjali Merchant re-wore her own wedding lehenga for Anant and Radhika's Mangal Utsav

The women of the Ambani and Merchant families have shown the world that when it comes to fashion, no one can beat their opulence. They have also set examples by re-wearing their pieces of jewellery and outfits and even exchanging them with one another. Recently, we learned that the bride, Radhika Merchant's sister, Anjali, re-wore a revamped version of her own wedding lehenga at their wedding festivities.

For Anant and Radhika's Mangal Utsav, a.k.a. their wedding reception, Anjali Merchant slipped into her wedding lehenga once again, which Kresha Bajaj freshened up according to the occasion. The bride's sister's outfit comprised a heavily sequinned lehenga and a blouse with tassel detailing on the hemline. Sharing the then-and-now video of Anjali's wedding outfit, Kresha penned:

"It is so special to be a part of a bride’s journey. In 2020 we designed one of the most beautiful Lovestory Lehengas for Anjali, and in 2024 we got to revamp the timeless piece into something more glamorous for a reception! Because the Lovestory never ends…"

Anjali Merchant is married to Aman Majithia, an entrepreneur by profession. They tied the knot in 2020 in a beautiful ceremony in Goa. For her wedding ceremony, Anjali opted for the Kresha Bajaj couture white lehenga-choli, which she had accessorised with a polki necklace, earrings, maang teeka, white choodas and a diamond-emerald haar.

Radhika Merchant re-wore her sister, Anjali's polki choker on her big day

For those of you who don't know, Radhika chose to re-wear her sister, Anjali's wedding jewellery, demonstrating their affection for one another. The now-Ambani bahu looked stunning in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga paired with gorgeous jewellery for her big day. She wore the same polki choker with diamond and emerald-studded haar, paired with matching polki earrings and a maang teeka.
