Ananya Panday Reveals If Celebrities Were Paid To Attend Anant Ambani's Wedding, 'Obviously..'

Ananya Panday is currently soaring high in the success of her debut web series, Call Me Bae. The series was released on the OTT giant, Amazon Prime and is receiving love and sparking excitement among viewers. Ananya's acting skills, which were previously a subject of doubt, have now it has succeeded in impressing people, and the actress is gradually making a place in the viewers' hearts.

Ananya Panday reveals if celebrities were paid to attend Ananat Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, tied the knot with the love of his life, Radhika Merchant, back in July 2024 in a grand wedding ceremony. The Amabnis hosted two grand pre-wedding celebrations for the couple and invited people from all races for the grand affai. From politicians, actors, businessmen and many more. While almost the entire Bollywood attended the wedding, rumours went rife that the Ambanis paid them to participate in the wedding. And now, Ananya Panday has reacted to the same.

Ananya Panday recently sat for a conversation with Mashable India, and therein she was asked about the wedding as she was seen energetically dancing during the wedding festivities. Ananya added that she loved celebrating love, and it was her friends' wedding. Talking about the Ambanis paying celebrities, Ananya further added:

“They are my friends. I don’t understand why people think like this. Obviously, I’ll dance wholeheartedly at my friends’ wedding. I love celebrating love.”

in the same conversation, Ananya added that there was so much happening during the wedding festivities but Anant and Radhika were always very attentive about each other. The couple looked at each other with so much love that it felt magical. Ananya added that she too wants a love like that in her life. In Ananya's words:

“One big takeaway from the wedding was that so much was happening, but whenever Anant and Radhika would look at each other, it was just pure love. It felt like violins were playing behind them. That’s something I want in life — that nomatter how much chaos is around, you and that person share that connection.”

Ananya added that the Ambanis made everyone feel welcomed at the wedding and greeted everyone with lots of love and warmth. Although there were so many festivities going on, their hospitality for each guest was top-notch. Ananya added:

“They made everyone feel welcome. No matter how many functions were there, they greeted everyone with so much love and warmth. That’s such a beautiful quality because it makes everything feel very personal.”

On the personal front, Ananya Panday was in a relationship with Aditya Roy Kapur. The duo was often spotted together on holidays and events. Earlier, a report in the Bombay Times stated that Aditya Roy Kapur and Ananya Panday parted ways in March 2024. A source close to the ex-couple revealed that they have called off their relationship and are trying to move on while remaining cordial with one another. After the breakup, Ananya'a name was linked up with Hardik Pandya and Walker Blanco.
