Ananya Panday's Graduation Video From DAIS Goes Viral, Proves Her Admission To The USC Wasn't Fake

Daughter of Chunky Panday and Bhavana Panday, Ananya Panday is one of the most popular actresses of her generation. The star kid often trends in the headlines for her personal and professional lives. Talking about her educational background, Ananya did her schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani International School and then got admitted to the University of Southern California. And now, we got hold of a video from her graduation ceremony at DAIS.

In the video, the presenter announced Ananya Panday's name and requested her to come to the stage. He also revealed that Ananya was going to join the University of Southern California to study communication. As Ananya came to receive her certificate, Nita congratulated her and shook hands. While Ananya donned her graduation hat and coat, Nita looked gorgeous in a white-hued suit.

Soon after, netizens flooded the post's comment section and reacted to Ananya Panday's graduation ceremony video. Some of them highlighted the fact that the actress wasn't lying about getting admission to the University of Southern California, as it was announced at the ceremony also. A user penned, "Yeah exactly and anyone who thinks she was lying about USC has to be dumb. She literally posted certificates of admission given officially by the uni with their letterhead on it, it would be a crime to fake those."

Ananya Panday revealed she got admission to USC

Ananya Panday once revealed that she applied for further studies and was accepted by Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC for a major in Communication in the Spring 2018 semester. But since she had been shooting for her first film, Student Of The Year 2, she had to request a deferral twice. However, Ananya could only defer her admission two times. She had shelved the idea of attending university and had decided to pursue her career in acting.

A Twitter user named Sapna shared that one of Ananya Panday's schoolmates accused the actress of faking her admission to USC. Back in 2017, she shared screenshots of Ananya's Instagram stories on Twitter, wherein the latter claimed that she had not joined USC despite getting admission there. Sapna mentioned that Ananya had a tiff with the schoolmate on social media and wrote:

"Found this on IF. What have I read this fine morning on miss Annie? Gosh. LMFAO. What are these teens? #AnanyaPanday. So the story goes, Ananya gets called out by a school mate for saying she got a seat at USC which she didn't. It was publicised by her mother on ig and in her interviews. Then she threatens the gal who exposed her on insta (just got to know it's a private ig)."

Ananya Panday was once in a happy relationship with Aditya Roy Kapur, and the duo was often spotted together on holidays and events. However, Aditya and Ananya reportedly parted ways in March 2024 and are trying to move on in their lives while remaining cordial. Ananya is now reportedly dating former model, Walker Blanco, who now works for one of the Ambani properties. Meanwhile, Ananya also ignited her dating rumours with Indian cricketer, Hardik Pandya, at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding. However, it was later revealed that the rumours were baseless.
