The entire world witnessed the grand wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant on July 12, 2024. After the star-studded wedding, the Ambani family hosted a grand wedding reception for the couple, which was attended by the who's who of the political, business, and glamour world. Amid the array of celebrities who attended Anant and Radhika’s wedding festivities was Shanteri Nayak, owner of Mysore Cafe.
We recently got our hands on an unseen video from Anant and Radhika’s wedding reception, in which the couple was seen greeting Shanteri Nayak, mother of Naresh Nayak, the current owner of Mysore Cafe. In the video, Anant spotted Smt. Shanteri and he quickly called his wife, Radhika and both of them were seen sweetly greeting her and taking her blessings.

In the video, Shloka and Anand Piramal were also spotted greeting Shanteri. She used to own the Mysore Cafe before handing it to her son, Naresh. We also spotted Radhika happily thanking Shanteri for gracing their wedding festivities and also told her:
“Every Sunday, we eat your food at our house."

Talking about Anant and Radhika’s wedding festivities, the couple tied the knot on July 12, 2024, as per Gujarati rituals. The wedding was a grand affair attended by former UK presidents Boris Johnson and Tony Blair, former Canadian PM, Stephen Harper, and international stars like Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena, and many others. The Ambanis hosted Shubh Aashirwad, in which Indian PM, Narendra Modi arrived to bless the newlyweds.

Now, reports state that there is a chance that the couple might host a post-wedding celebration in London. According to the reports, the couple and their family members will jet off to London within a week to celebrate this post-wedding soiree, and several national and international celebrities will attend this event.
In an interview with Vogue India, Radhika Merchant opened up about her grand wedding to Anant Ambani. She revealed that their wedding calendar was chosen with the utmost intent upon the advice of their family priest. The planning was overseen by Nita Ambani, her daughter, Isha Ambani, and her daughter-in-law, Shloka Ambani. Radhika said:
“The dates were strategically chosen from the 12th, 13th, and 14th of July upon the advice of our family pujari, who identified synchronic moments for our celebrations based on auspicious astrological alignments in both my charts as well as Anant’s. It was a meticulous process. My mother-in-law was the C.E.O. of the wedding, as I like to say. It was Nita’s commitment and vision that brought our entire celebration to life.”
