Ameesha Patel Admits She Wouldn't Mind One-Night Stand With Tom Cruise, 'He's The Only Man..'

Ameesha Patel is a popular Bollywood actress, who is known for her roles in hit films like Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, Gadar franchise, Race 2 and more. Apart from her on-screen presence, Ameesha has often spoken about love, relationships and personal choice. Recently, the actress confessed about her lifelong crush on Hollywood superstar, Tom Cruise. 

Ameesha Patel doesn’t mind a one-night stand with Tom Cruise

This is not the first time Ameesha Patel has expressed her love for Tom Cruise. Back in 2023, the actress had opened up about her admiration for the Top Gun actor. Recently, Ameesha sat for a candid conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, in which she shared that she has always admired Tom Cruise and revealed that she can go to extent for him, including a one-night stand. She was quoted as saying:

"I have a crush on Tom Cruise. If you can do a podcast with him, then please invite me to that podcast. I’ve liked Tom Cruise since childhood. I had his picture on my pencil box, in my files, and the only poster in my room was of Tom Cruise. He has always been my crush. I always joke that he’s the only man for whom I could put aside my principles. I could do anything for him. If you ask me whether I could have a one-night stand with him, yes, I could."

Two years ago, in 2023 during a red carpet event, the Kranti actress was asked if she could switch places with any actor, then who would it be. To that, Ameesha had replied that she would love to switch places with any actor who has had the chance to work with Tom Cruise. She had revealed that Tom Cruise has been her only crush since childhood and she would have tied the knot with him, if she could. 

Ameesha Patel is all in for marriage

During the same podcast with Ranveer Allahbadia, the actress shared her views on getting married. She mentioned that she is ready for it if she finds someone worthy. She also mentioned that she gets a lot of proposals from well-to-do families, but hasn’t found the right one yet. In her words:

"I am all up for marriage, as long as I find someone worthy. They say that ‘Where there is a will, there is a way,’ so the person who finds me through everything and mauke par chauka maarlege will be my person. I still get all kinds of proposals from a lot of well-to-do families."

Ameesha Patel made her film debut with Rakesh Roshan's film, Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, alongside Hrithik Roshan. Later, she also appeared in Telugu film, Badri. Over the years, she did hit films like Humraaz, Race 2, Shortcut Romeo, Bhool Bhulaiyaa and more. After giving back-to-back flop films, she took a break from films and made her comeback in 2023, with the blockbuster film, Gadar 2. She was last seen in 2024 film, Tauba Tera Jalwa. As of September 2025, Ameesha Patel has not announced any upcoming project.
